We have been to many different station kids quest and this place is by far the worst among all. We like to go to red rock since we like to watch sports here and we like the convenience eating at yard house. The problem is everytime we try to come here, my kids do not want to. They said the teachers "staff" are not nice compare to green valley and other station. I agree with others here, they can be very busy and only have 1 person to check in. The other staff are not fit to be there for kids simply because they look stress out. I remember one time, my kids say hi to this staff, bn** and she wont even respond back. At least say hi back to the kids... her facial expression say it all. Overall, not the best place for kids. If only this is the closest to us, we will not come here. Unfortunately, other kids quest are little far. They need better staff here. More kid friendly staff that has more patience not somebody who seems like they are just there to collect paycheck and dont give a * if they are giving good customer service or not.. One occassion, i am checking in and this same person was in the counter, i said checking in for .blah blah..... and she cut me off and say hold on... hold on... with irritated facial expression. So i stopped and then waited couple minutes and I was just gonna say something and she said again hold on hold on like i am bothering her (the way she talk and her facial expression)... i mean, i am not sure what she is doing but i am waiting and your hold on hold on with that facial expression to me, doesnt seem right.... hard to explain but ive seen many staff in other kids quest but she has the worst customer service among all. Worst...
Read moreI've came to this kids quest all the time and never had a bad encounter until the new socal manager / supervisor Kaycee she had attitude with me and my kids from the start asking me with a tone how many hours my kids where going to stay when I asked her why she's like are they staying 4 hrs I said check their history does it look like I leave them for more than 2 hrs ? Then my kids where being kids running around when she heard me I was calling them to stop she gave my boys attitude telling them to jumping or running when obviously I was already saying that then I told her they're autistic because she told me prior to me telling her they're autistic hinting that of my kids where a problem she was going to call me and I told her again check their history they have never been an issue and I've told other employees that they're autistic again I felt discriminated by her I will try my best to not come here anymore to this kids quest because of Kaycee she said she was the supervisor/ manager I will be telling my friends as well to not come here she's got bad attitude with the parents and kids she's at the wrong field just bad...
Read moreI donât know what happened at this location, but itâs becoming a place I no longer want to visit and will cause me to gamble elsewhere as well. Tonight our daughter had to secretly text us to say she wanted to be picked up because she felt uncomfortable there. It turns out that she was told when coming in that she could keep her cell phone on her but that she wasnât allowed to use it. We regulate her screen time already and she had time budgeted to use her phone while at Kidâs Quest and we would have happily authorized her to do so if anyone asked. Instead they decided this was a new policy, which when I asked if it was an official policy listed on their website I was told that it was not. I was also told that âSometimes kids sneak them past us but we donât let them use them insideâ which wass never a problem previously and is entirely different from our past experiences. Iâm not sure why Iâm paying people to watch a child and decide their own arbitrary rules that override what we are comfortable with, and considering how bad she felt about it after getting picked up I donât think we will be bringing our...
