UPDATE: OK I gave it another try June 2024. We were sat at a table fast, busy restaurant, lots of commotion, tables being cleared, cleaned and moved around our 4-top so it was a bit uncomfortable with little elbow room but food was good. We ordered our Cobb salad with CLEAN chicken breast (no salt, no butter, no oil and fresh pieces if lettuce- NOT pre-chopped wilted pieces.) This wa a GOOD call! Delicious salad- I will order it again! Now my mushroom pepperoni pizza was delivered NOT piping hot but lukewarm. Honestly, I can eat a slice of cold pizza once in awhile but when I order a made-to-order pizza I want it steaming! Server prompt and helpful had another one made fast. It was Hot & Delicious! May 2023: am SO sorry to say it, but this is not the same Yardhouse it once was. So far, in Vegas (coming from OC, CA) I have dined here 3 times. No more. First visit, the joint was fun + full of Golden Knight spirit. Watching the NHL champs on tv WIN with a boistrous happy crowd here rocks. However, the food here majorly disappoints every single time. Service is slow to non-existent. No water glass refills were offered in this desert town and this thirsty patron had no luck trying to flag down our server, which was ridiculous. Unfortunately, entrees brought to the table on all 3 visits were not good. Pizza crust overcooked and just lukewarm. The shrimp were cold and over-salted. The salad dressings was loaded with salt and sugar to raise your BP. The kale broccoli salad had limp veggies and burnt tasteless brussel sprouts. I usually post positive reviews, but I felt this poor review was necessary after 3 attempts since 3 strikes and you're out! I'd rather eat some hot dogs across the street at...
Read more03/18/2023: First visit to this Yard House. The restaurant wasn't busy when we arrived. We took out time and started out with drinks and appetizers. We had the lettuce wraps, which had such a generous serving of chicken that we needed more lettuce leaves. That was followed by the lemon pepper chicken wings. They were crisped nicely, just the way hubby likes them. We also had the tower of onion rings. Everything tasted really good. Our server, Chris, was quite attentive and ready to bring us refills or additional beers promptly.
An unfortunate mishap occurred during our visit. One of the servers brought over hubby's beer, and the 2 Sangrias she had in her tray tipped over and should all over my jacket. Though it was a complete accident, I was still disappointed because it was new. The server was apologetic and did her best to dry my jacket. The manager on duty came and apologized as well. She graciously took off our first round and also gave us a discount. Further, she contacted corporate to inform them of the matter, and she took down my name and contact info to follow up. Corporate followed up with me a couple of days later via phone and email, as did the restaurant manager. Corporate provided me with a gift card for my inconvenience, which was very generous of them. I truly appreciate their attention and desire to want to remedy the situation. Thank you, Yard House, and we look forward to...
Read moreI’ve been to this location twice and this place is always busy! Must be a good sign. I recommend getting reservations especially for large parties. I was able to walk in on a Friday evening and get us on the list for 2. They told me it was a 45 minute wait but it was a little faster than that. It’s great because they text you when your table is available so you can walk around the casino while waiting.
My fave will always be the poke nachos, w the serannos on the side! Had the Hawaiian mule and that was delicious. Not too sweet and refreshing. I ordered the Korean bbq cheesesteak but I did not like it. They use ribeye so I wasn’t expecting to have some cuts of mean w cartilage. They were kind enough to take care of it and replaced it w the Korean bbq chicken w side of fries. I def preferred it over the other one. It has the sweet kbbq sauces on top.
Definitely loud and busy inside. Plenty of TV to watch the hockey game and lakers play :) i like the convenience to have the tablets on the tables so you can split your checks. If you have a large party, don’t forget to tip. If rem correctly, they do not automatically add gratuity. Our server was great and the manager was kind. The parking lot gets very busy, I opt to park in the garage and walk a little. I’ll be back for more poke nachos/...
