I should have stopped by and read some of these comments before I decided to stay at the red rock! My husband and I take vacation same time every year and we love the pool areas as we spend most of the time there. This particular pool area stands out because it's huge and beautiful and you would expect to get great customer service when staying here but that wasn't our case at all. My husband and I payed the resort to stay for seven days and our first visit to the pool was the worst experience we have ever experienced. We had a waiter by the name of Cassie take care of us when we first got there which was 9am and two hours later they did a shift change so we lost the great customer service and 80 dollars worth of stuff we had bought at their cafe and bar. We then got a waiter by the name of Gabriela(Gabby) she was the worst she was busy from 11am-2pm just walking back and fourth flirting with the guys sitting next to my husband and I and giving her phone number out to one of them that she didn't bother to ask us not once if we needed anything. If she would have at least stop to see how we were doing we would have probably Spend another 80 bucks. We were looking to see if anyone would help us so we can order a bucket of beer to be able to relax and enjoy the nice breeze but it didn't happen. Until I began to get frustrated and actually stopped her as she was walking by and asked her if she was still our waiter her response was '' oh hi, yea?'' As if my husband and I were invisible. At that point I asked for her to close out our bill as we had ordered water bottles at the beginning of the her shift and asked for her supervisor as I was very upset. We then met Michael(Mike) her supervisor on duty and he apologized for the service and offered for me to close out and open up another bill with another waiter and he would give me 20% off the new bill.!? What the????? I refused to pay for the 27 of water bottles and asked to speak to his boss! At this point it wasn't even about the money I could care less as I said I had already spend 80 dollars! The whole thing about this is their ridiculous management and their customer service! I know what customer service should look like as it's my profesión and that is not what I received when I was on vacation.! Such a shame that Red Rock has such horrible customer service at their Pool starting with their Pool Operations Manager (Joie) as she did nothing...
Read moreMy experience at the Red Rock pool was ok. The pool itself its nice but a bit outdated. The service was Not the best. Cassidy our first service would take really long breaks in between checking on her tables. I ordered a fruit plate and the strawberries on the plate were horrible. The food runner didn't noticed them ( that's my guess ) and my server when I pointed out the strawberries she looked back at me a bit confused of why was I complaining about the ugly strawberries. Then later on I order chicken fingers with a new server ( Jannep ) the food runner drops the food, and my fries are dead cold and the tenders a bit hard or overcooked I'm not sure. So at that point I asked my new server for a refund d, she was very professional, she offered me options, she apologized for the inconvenient and she said she was going to inform her manager about the incident, something the first server failed to do. Besides the bad food, I gotta say the drinks were delicious and the atmosphere was nice. Wish they would improve a bit on their service and specifically food service or presentation. Also the girl at the towel desk sold me the daybed telling me that it comes with a bucket of water and then we find out with the server that those daybeds do Not include the water bucket. Very disappointing that they don't know what they...
Read moreFantastic Family Fun at Red Rock Hotel and Casino
Our family recently stayed at the Red Rock Hotel and Casino, and we had an absolutely wonderful time, especially at the pool area. The pool was the highlight of our trip!
The majority of the pools have a gently worn-in feel, which adds a bit of charm and character. The pool in the middle is a bit cooler, which was refreshing on hot days. None of the pools are very deep, making them perfect for kids to run around and play safely. Our children had a blast splashing around and making new friends.
Another great aspect of our stay was our hotel room's location. Having a room right next to the elevator was incredibly convenient, especially when we were juggling pool toys and snacks. Plus, the view from our room was spectacular! We had a stunning view of Red Rock Canyon, which made our stay even more memorable.
Overall, our experience at the Red Rock Hotel and Casino was fantastic. The combination of the family-friendly pools, the convenient room location, and the beautiful view made it a stay to remember. We can’t wait...
