They lied so much during grand opening!
We werenāt gonna go, but they posted the night before grand opening that theres going to be a Squidgame Molly available. My friend was 31st in line, I was 121. When she got out, they told her THEREāS NO SQUID GAME MOLLY. So I went to ask the guy outside, he said they should have Squid game Molly, so my friend came back and they told her that they only have the display and that itās only a display. An hour later, the displayed disappeared. I asked about it they said they sold it. I told them why sell it and tell my friend itās not available earlier? The worker then said āWe sold it to the 20th in line.ā Which was clearly a LIE. When my friend came back to complain, I was looking at the display! And it was already like the 50th in line. And I even heard them radio the lady with red hair asking if theyre selling the display. This was around 100th in line.
A simple update that they donāt have it so we didnāt fall in line for 13-14 hours would be nice. But NO. They chose to post itās available around 8pm. And tell my friend around 8:15am that they dont have it, and allegedly sell it to someone around 9:30am. (If what theyre saying that they sold it was even true).
If thatās the case, they should let customers buy the other displays too! (I found you, Flip, Angel in clouds, TTC, etc) itās so unfair for other costumers who couldnāt buy a box of the medium/ big plush, and EXTREMELY UNFAIR FOR MY FRIEND TO GET DENIED THE DISPLAY AND SELL IT LATER ON TO SOMEONE ELSE. Very bad customer service experience. Would give zero star...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreWe first went to this location a few weeks ago. In person, we thought they were nice. The girl with the short hair at the front, that greeted us was so knowledgeable and friendly. However, generally, the overall experience we got from the staff, only 2 (maybe 3), was weird and it didn't seem like they weren't interested in helping you, or didn't like life. Their attitudes (except for the girl at the front), were really dry. It makes us not want to go back.
Secondly, today (7/31/2025), I called to confirm their work hours and whomever picked up the phone just said, "hello...?" I had to ask if it was Pop Mart that I'm calling. That's just not good business etiquette at all. How about, "Thank you for calling Pop Mart Summerlin, how can I help you?"
It's twice now for us, almost back-to-back for us and if it weren't for the awesome girl at the front, I wouldn't have even considered calling for their hours, but now, it looks like we won't go back. We can order our products and just have them delivered to Fashion Show.
