Justin is amazing. My phone screen was cracked and had also fallen into water - couldn’t get it to charge at all. He fixed the screen and tested the battery for me while still serving people who walked in before and after me. On top of that, when I got home my charger still didn’t work despite the one at the store operating. I took the phone back to him to figure out what was going on. At no additional expense he evaluated the phone again, attempted a second fix (while still serving people who arrived before and after me) and he succeeded in reviving my phone. His attention to detail, knowledgeable advice to me and other customers, and overall demeanor were fantastic. I first visited him 3-4 years ago, and I have probably returned a half dozen times for various fixes between then and now. Justin is amazing with his technical AND people skills. Walked out with a screen that was different but the guy assured me it was an apple screen for my phone. Fast forward three months later and my phone no longer works. Took it to Apple and they said it was the worse repair job they had ever seen, and that the screen wasn’t apple and also didn’t even fit my phone. The guy at iDoctor is a liar and a fraud. Read moreCustomer service was great and my iPad screen was repaired however it wasn't until after I left that my iPad screen, which was originally white, was now black. I promptly called the store and spoke to the man who repaired my screen, and explained the issue. He told me the only reason I got a black screen was because they did not have any white screens in stock. I asked if I could get a partial refund because had I known there were no white screens in stock I would have waited. He said he would contact the owner and let me know. He called me back and said the owner's response was that because I had already received a military discount that I would not receive any further refund for my screen.
