Don’t waste your time in here, customer service is poor, and you have to walk across the road to another institution to use the restroom, definitely not worth walking back to shop...

In reference to your response, be it as you may with your comment, I was nothing but pleasant entering your store for the first time, why wouldn’t I be....? As far as you saying hi and greeting me to come in, well that didn’t happen, you were taking to someone else, I began to ponder and couldn’t continue to look as I had to use the restroom, in which you do have one because I have used it with the previous business that was in the location. You sad I could go across the street. So I simply stated “no that’s ok” “I won’t be back” I was not being rude just stated a fact. You are entitled to your opinion as am I. I don’t shop at places that you can’t use a restroom as it’s an inconvenience to leave and then come back. That’s as if you visit your uncle and ask to use the restroom and he said “no” “it’s just for me” you would feel the same way.

Katie Mae's Store in downtown Summerville is a southern gem ❤️The store is super cute, and the owners and staff are so friendly! I just love the selection from furniture, clothing, jewelry, nick nacks, beachy things, ect..you name it- they got it and they are always adding more to their selection. I always find the cutest things and buy unique gifts here for my loved ones and myself 😊 Their FB Page is very informative on new arrivals and it makes me head to their store- every time. Love this place and ohh, during Christmas time, I see myself get lost in their store finding the perfect gifts for my loved ones. They also have a Santa Claus in front of the store during holiday season, that is so sweet and children are happy. 5- stars...
