I am disabled at the moment and unable to walk. Let’s start there.

I am in a wheelchair and not all bathrooms are wide enough for my wheelchair even if they are handicap ones. We have found Spinx work best. There is no door for my husband to hold for me to wheel in, plus the stall is wide enough to turn my wheelchair around in.

We stopped at this one so I could use the rest room while we were out. There was someone using it. So I waited, I waited about 5 minutes before I tried the handle again because I did not hear any noise. Then someone said they were in there. I waited a few more minutes before I hear them finally using the bathroom. I ended up waiting for over 15 minutes. They finally come out and it is a worker. A young female. She did ask if she could help. I said no, I was ok. Getting into the stall to see she left toilet paper all over the seat. So not only have I been waiting to go, I now have to clean her mess to be able to go. Cleaning her mess in my wheelchair, after having to hold it because I was waiting in her. From the looks of it, it seems the toilet paper was there for her to sit on as a chair. Wasting time to go back to work. Knowing you did this and work there, it should not have not been left for a disabled person to clean up. Young people are not respectful anymore. They are raised with no discipline or values. They have no work ethic at all.

Displayed gas pricing is unsuspecting to many people that are use to routine methods of displaying gas prices, as all other gas stations displays regular gas prices on the top, and high test gas prices on the bottom. NOT at Spinx, club price for regular at the top (which you will not get unless you let Spinx attach their club to your bank account, DONT DO IT!!!) and non-club prices for regular just below club price (what you the non club customer will pay, NOT the top lower price as you may think) I don't know how they get away with this, as the observing ones will notice the little blue club card next to the lower price at the top of their display, and know exactly what they are paying for gas, the lower bottom price which is more than the top priced displayed non-member. The un-observing ones are getting robbed as they very likely think they are paying the lower price at the pump because all other stations list their prices properly, which classifies this as a scam, and tho the store inside is great, I must give any scammer...

Well here we go again. One more reason why Spinks needs to figure out who their managers are at their stores. For the third time now going to the Spinx on East 5th N. Street in Summerville South Carolina I received two called burritos. How is it possible that you can’t warm up a burrito. Freezing cold in the center and piping hot on the outside edges. What are you five? I am so utterly disappointed with Spinks that I will never ever ever ever ever ever ever recommend to get gas a car wash or food at any Spinks ever again. I am canceling my car washes at Spinks as we speak. Oh and by the way, you can keep the five bucks I spent on the two burritos. Maybe that’ll help you hire...
