Piggly Wiggly — Local services in Sumter

Came in to grab just a couple of items. While here the experience was horrible! The staff didn't greet us when coming or going. The cashier was so busy talking about someone that she failed to greet myself and my husband upon approaching the register. Throughout our time at the register, she continued her conversation with the two gentlemen that worked there. They listened on as she talked. We frequent this store as we live in the area. Not only were we not greeted at the register, the cashier did not state any sort of salutation as we left although one was given from us.

Having an entire conversation while you have a customer is very rude, especially since it was about someone. Had we been on the phone while coming through the line, we would've been seen as being rude to the employee.

The employee had no communication with us whatsoever, in fact, she did not provide us with a positive customer experience with fair, friendly, and courteous service. Again, we frequent this location due to living in the area and have never had this problem before. Surely if she could have a conversation with her co-workers, she could've gave a salvation...

I gave you for Piggly Wiggly. Cause they have meat department has excellent prices on that meat more reasonable them Walmart and Food Lion and a few other stores in Sumter and Piggly Wiggly it's like I said but I think they should improve the inside with more up-to-date inside maybe even do a meals you know you can buy for a reasonable price. It's like having lunch meat inside or outside in your car or your house but it's really good and some of the prices are very high to that you don't expect looking down at your house but I'll say the meat department it's really good that's plenty offer to see and buy a ticket prices and...

Went in the store I got 2 hams one had the price of 23 cents on it, when I got to the front I told the cashier up front about the ham the manager from the meat department that think he God about nobody can override him, want allow me to get the ham for that price and wanted to weight it over, that’s not my problem they price the ham for 23 cents i feel i should get my money back and only pay that 23 cents i believe if i was his color he would have allow the cashier to ring it up i pretty sure there is a manager that’s over him but he said noone can override him i will be back and will make...
