I financed a washer and dryer. Which was also double the price then if you were to buy at any appliance store. They charge that amount cause they know people with low credit will overlook the price cause they get approval for finance. For a year and a half. I paid on time every single month. My father passed away and I moved back to summerville to take care of my disabled mother. So obviously it took me a couple weeks to find a new job. I got behind on my payments. That's when the harrasment started. I explained to the lady that I will get caught up in a couple weeks. I made a payment plan and I asked the lady will the phone calls stop? She informed me that now that I made a payment plan. I won't get anymore calls. Well let me tell you. That was a complete lie. Everyday I was called. I answered the call and I said I made a payment plan. What more do you want from me? It was the same with every call. It was pointless to answer it. It was the same question every day. I stopped answering the phone. When I did call to make the payment. I was told I never responded to there calls. I said who would ? You expect someone to put up with you calling everyday for the same question? I made a payment plan. Why would I answer you to be asked the same question. When was I gonna pay it? I made a payment plan and and it obviously wasn't good enough. When I called one lady told me she couldn't except any money unless it was $200 and that you'll have to wait till next month to put. So your telling me. You harras me every day. When I want to give you money towards my bill. You won't except it and I have to wait till next month and then get another late fee. Then the lady Nikki. Starts calling my sister that was on my reference for the application. She called her and harraassed her. Saying she was looking for me. Then finally now we have one payment left. My sister texted me a message that she sent her. I told her and made it very clear. Do not contact my family members ever again. That was the first time. Then she completely ignored my request. The law is a creditor can only contact family for info one time. I guess she never cared to read the rules about that. Maybe she will...

I bought a party system 2000 from them. It cost $500 dollars and I have had it less than a year. I try and play it now and it will play for a few minutes and then shut off. We turn it back on and after a couple minutes it shuts off. Kimbrells can’t do anything for me because I didn’t purchase any extended warranty. Well if your merchandise doesn’t even last a year and you don’t stand behind it, I don’t need anything else from you. Besides the way I was treated when I went into the store to explain my concerns. For anyone wanting to spend money with Kimbrells, I would think again. I know Ashely and Rooms to Go stands behind their merchandise. Shop elsewhere!! They don’t have a zero for a score, only a 1 star. I wouldn’t give them that. Try and retrain your associate’s again. Because they treat your customers like crap. We had the best shopping experience ever at Kimbrell’s just now. Lisa was so helpful and friendly. She helped us find exactly what we LOVE, wrote it up and had at the financial department fast. Dealing with Nicki in the financial department was a breeze and she made us feel like family. We will definitely go back again for the rest of our furniture needs!

Well our tv went out today. My husband called Kimbrell’s and they have televisions too. They mentioned to him that they have Play Stations as well. I picked him up after work and by the time we arrived, (less than an hour), Lisa already had us written up and ready to go. All we had to do was approve the television.
