High Point Furniture Outlet — Local services in Sumter

Went here on a whim after having some difficulties with a major chain in Columbia. While the store was not in the best condition due to remodeling, the customer service was exceptional and I was able to go from looking, to making a purchase for two rooms worth of furniture in a very quick manner. Their prices are reasonable and while their floor selection may have been a little lacking, they pointed me to their dealer catalogs which we used to find a great dining room set. I worked with Erich and his assistance made me feel good about the entire process. The fact that they deliver to Columbia was a huge plus and the delivery fee was more than reasonable considering what I ordered. I would recommend them.

If there were negative stars I would have given it. The furniture is trash, the assembly staff is horrible. They had no idea how to assemble the furniture. The assembly staff all smelled awful like cigarettes and BO. Needless to say the furniture lasted less than a year and I wasted 2k. Go to a repeatable location like Ashley's you will ne happier.
