KFC — Restaurant in Sumter

Gotta go in and see Faith, she is the large cashier that is very unpleasant. Me and my wife came in for a quick lunch, decided to give this place a shot. As we were ordering the cashier completely stopped in the middle of our order to take care of the customer behind us, leaving us on the sidelines. We were asking questions and she refused to answer She did not acknowledge us , thank us or cater to us. She lacked the minimal people skills that even a KFC high school dropout employee should have. Definitely felt like it was a race thing. And in 2020 that is sad. As far as food and environment, floor was gross, tables had scrum on them. Finally after 20 minutes we found a semi clean table and enjoyed the food. The food was subpar at best....

Do not eat here! First off, I went inside to order my food for my family. It was 8:15 pm. They close at 10:00 pm. There was no extra crispy chicken cooked. I was told it would be at least 25-30 minutes. I agreed to wait. While I was there, atleast 15- 20 people came inside to order because the drive thru was backed up. Finally my chicken was done, about 40 minutes later. I asked the girl at the counter twice if everything was there. She said yes. I got home to find that the one thing that I was looking forward to, the Green Beans, was missing. This was the third time I have been to this Store and they either got the order wrong or left something out. I will go to Bojangles before I...

Just wow!! Ordered food on the app 12/21/24 said my food would be ready @5 well guess what it wasn't. The worker girl tossed out a big bag of sealed food, then slammed the sliding glass door in my mom's face!! No unfortunately I trusted them and didn't go through the bag, I was missing a whole bucket of chicken, mashed potatoes and gravy and the biscuits. They added extra frys to make the bag seem more full. Complained on the app that was worthless to they only refunded me for the freaking chicken. That was our whole dinner. I had a hysterectomy a week ago and have my mom staying with us have 3 kids no didn't feel like cooking. This location on a weekend is awful....
