When we began shopping for an engagement ring we knew we wanted to do business with a small local business. We’ve always had knowledgeable, customer orientated and fair experiences when working with other small businesses in the area. This experience however has been anything but knowledgeable, customer orientated or fair.
Between Dustin and I, we have worked over 18 years for small family owned businesses. We also own a business, which was established in 2012. Educating our customers of our product and services is one the most important steps in doing business.
We are not professionals in the jewelry industry and we trusted B’s to help us make an engagement ring that could be worn daily. It was made very clear that I work with my hands. After the first diamond was noticed missing I reduced wearing the ring only to social events and my desk job. The ring still fell apart! Brian claims that the ring was misused and or abused. We are interested in knowing what the company claims to be misuse or abuse of their jewelry. Now the ring just stays in the original box. It will never be worn because of the horrible experience associated with B’s and the fear of it falling apart further.
Since the experience with B’s Jewelers we’ve taken the ring to multiple different professionals in the Madison and Milwaukee area to be evaluated. After gaining much more valuable information we feel without a doubt that B’s Jewelers is either uneducated about what they claimed to be professionals about, simply don’t care or a combination of both. They stood by and let us make an absolutely worthless ring, go over budget and when made aware of the issues replied, “We have to make money too.”
It is clear to us that B’s Jewelers main concern is only to make money. They will not stand behind their product and refuse to refund our money. This whole experience with Brian and the B’s Jewelers team has ruined what this engagement ring is supposed to mean to us. We do not feel comfortable selling the ring to a 3rd party as we don’t care to have our name associated with it after we’ve learned about it’s poor construction and materials from knowledgeable jewelry professionals. This ring is a very sore subject for us as it was supposed to be a symbol of lasting love. Instead it’s turned into a symbol of wasted money and time. As we draw closer to our wedding date and still have no resolution to this issue we will begin our search for a lawyer to end this so we can move on. Due to the statements gathered by other jewelry professionals we are even more inclined to receive all our money back for both the engagement ring and the men’s wedding band. This is far more that a poor business transaction for us. It has caused emotional distress and we no longer wish to work with B’s. We want our...
Read moreHusband of the Year- 33 years ago, I was fortunate for my wife to have said "YES" when I presented a diamond ring to her. This year, to celebrate 30 years of marriage (yes, it was a long engagement) we took a trip to St. Thomas and for just a little bit, thanks in part to Brian and their team at B's I think I got votes for "Husband of the Year." Let me explain- several years back, I remember her saying that she had lost one of the diamonds on her engagement ring. Up until a few weeks ago, I had forgotten. Then, a week before our trip, I had this brainstorm to find that ring in the house and take it to a jeweler and get a new diamond to replace the one she had lost. I decided to take it to B's Jewelers only a week before the trip; needless to say, this was a tall task to get it completed. I'm happy to report they got it done and I was able to present my wife with a breathtaking re-polished, diamond-replaced ring that simply looks beautiful! For just a short time, I was a husband of the year and the joyful tears on my wife's face will be an amazing memory my wife and I have forever. (OK, I might have cried a little too) Thanks to Brian and his amazing team members, especially Jessica, for...
Read moreBEWARE BECAUSE THINGS ARE NOT AS THEY APPEAR AT B'S JEWELERS!! Brian is a low life sleezy jeweler who doesn't care about quality or loyalty of customers. My family has been giving their business to him for years. He did not hesitate to rip us off by misrepresenting the quality of the diamond that my brother bought for a special occasion. He purposely buys diamonds that are graded in Israel because in that country they have lower standards while grading diamonds then America. He then sells those diamonds as if they were graded in America and puts his stamp of approval on it and in all actuality they're worth substantially less. We learned this because we got the diamond he sold us appraised by THREE different jewelers and all said the same thing, which is what i'm telling you now. He's a liar and a scum bag....BUY YOUR JEWELRY...
