Went in willing to spend quite a bit of money on a new business casual wardrobe. (Return to the office). Was given a quick summary on what to look out for by Sife, who was helpful during my shopping experience so this review is not about him.
When I was ready to try on clothes, I was told to use a different unfolded shirt with the same size fitting in place of the folded shirts I had picked up. I somewhat understand, but I am not going to spend $60 + tax on a shirt I haven’t been able to try on directly. I told them in that case I won’t buy them if I can’t try it on, and one of the employees said “so don’t buy it then,” and chuckled. So that was extremely rude.
So, I tried to brush it off and tried on the rest of the clothes. Found 2 shirts that worked, and went to the cashier to check out. Tried using a 4 year old gift card I’ve been meaning to use (mind you it’s my first time shopping at mens warehouse since the pandemic), and there was an issue where we’d need to call corporate to get access to the funds, but corporate was closed. The (I assume) manager came, and tried to help by “meeting me halfway” byassuming I had some funds on it, but to me it seemed risky for him not knowing for sure what was on my gift card, and then I’d only be able to use half of it so it seemed like a lose-lose for both of us. I tried making casual conversation about it but he was extremely combative. In the end I walked out without buying anything, but returned to get everyone’s names. I’m not going to drop the names of those who were disrespectful here on the review, but I will call corporate to report the experience.

His voice is condescending, lack of patience and nothing but a " I don't care if you work hard with your money to shop with us, I just want to get rid of you ASAP " kind of service. When an issue got escalated with 1-800 MW customer service, he didn't even care that he was being recorded by their company over an issue about a return/exchange due to wrong item I received from an online order and the correct item they have in stock. Even the nice, MW sweet lady over the phone (kudos to you and much appreciate your professionalism) that witnessed his rudeness was shocked. Jesse, the manager was out at the time. If you are reading this, the whole Jason attitude was recorded and I was told they will get in touch with you and I hope you will get to hear it. Your other staff have witnessed it. If anyone was treated you nicely by Jason in the past, good for you and I will not doubt you, you deserve it just like any other customer, but that would only mean he is selective in doing so. Read moreEach employee greeted me like they were annoyed to have business. This is by far the worst location I went to while going through the wedding process. Complete 180 from my experience at the San Ramon location. The first guy that measured me here had zero interest in listening to what colors I wanted without my then fiancé present. He took terrible measurements and I haven't had the experience to call him out on it. Second experience here this guy Don says he's the manager and after I express my frustration with the prior service he does anything he can to get me out because my tux was already on it's way. This may be a flaw in the system to some extent but I thought he could take my measurements again and submit it to be tailored before I went to came in for a fitting. By not doing this when my tux arrived (almost every measurement incorrect) had to be reordered to make it arrive the day of my event. The third/last experience I had at this location was still an off-putting experience with the attitude from the guy that helped me but at least he could do a competent job measuring me. He and his minor discount on the rental are the only reason I didn't give a 1 star.
