My family and I was in Florida for my uncle's funeral. My nephew purchased a absolute beautiful crystal with his parent picture and surprised his with which she loved. Someone drop it and it chip , I called and spoke to Leon who offered to do a new one at a 50% without seconding and just understand our pain and the tribute we were doing. We got a new one in less than fewer hours and pick it up. I would recommend this place for their customers service...

For this holiday season, I wanted to celebrate the lives of my two dogs that passed away. My friend suggested this place to make a crystal engraved with a picture of the two of them in it. I was helped by Leo, an incredibly nice and sweet (and dare I say, HANDSOME) young man that made sure I captured the memories of my two babies. I’m very great full for this place and...
