Saks OFF 5TH — Local services in Sunrise

I’ve been coming here for years, and customer service has always been bad or non-existent. But this time not only was the merchandise awful but the employees with the exception of a young blondish cashier, and an Asian lady in the fitting room. The rest of the other employees that I encountered literally sneered at you or didn’t even bother to reply back when you asked a question, and the attitude horrific, you could tell they are misserable and they just plain hate the customer and don’t even want them there. I have never seen anything like this, they were not willing to help, and asking them to hold some shoes, so I can continue shopping was such an inconvenience to them, they tried to put them back in the floor two times , and when an employee saw that they had put them back on hold, she started slamming merchandise and cursing , loudly , because she wanted to put everything back on the floor. It was around 7pm and they just wanted to go home. Another lady in the fitting rooom visibly cursing under her breath , for me wanting to try clothes on. One thing is that no one smiles, or they don’t offer help, but the hate I felt these associates have for their job and the custome Is something unacceptable in a retail environment. They lost my business, I will shop at Bloomingdale’s or Nordstrom...

Don’t ever shop at this location. I bought a ring. It was the last one. It was a size 7 and I’m a size 4 1/2 but I loved it and the lady said oh don’t worry you can resize it. Okay!

I went to two different jewelers and they both told me this ring is impossible to resize. They said that it is hollow and inside so that’s just impossible and even if it wasn’t hollow because I have to go down 2 1/2 sizes the diamonds are so close together that they would all just fall out. I didn’t know this because I’m not a jeweler, but the people at the Jewelry department should know better

I brought back the ring within the 30 days that said on the receipt with the receipt and they refuse to return it because the jeweler took off the tag

SHAME ON YOU! I even opened a sax credit card with them which when I called the credit card company to try to dispute the charge I found out that someone stole the card and spent $2000 on it. I never even received...
