T.J. Maxx — Local services in Sunrise

The worst manager, really bad experience treated me like a thief, I went to the store to return some items, for which couldn't find the receipt, humiliated me and my son in front of all other customers,and cashiers, I explained to him, I buy thousands of dollars worth of merchandise every single week, and it will be to hard to go through all the receipt I had in my wallet and in the office and may be the items I had there were purchase separated, I told him to call the others stores in Miramar or Pembroke Pines to speak to the managers and employees that knows me and appreciate all the business I do we them, He refuse to help and basically trow me out of the store. When I got to the store in Pembroke pines, he had called the other manager a new lady manager that never saw before, and basically told her to watch out for me, and that I was a thief and not to do the refund for me. He will hear from me again will call corporate office, and my lawyer will give him a nice...

Let’s start off with how rude and unprofessional management is!!! Decided to go shopping with my brother in law and sister in-law after waiting in line for a while they were two cashiers open instead of them ringing us out they bs an standing around we get to the register and as the cashier was scanning the items she says the sticker did not belong to the item so I said ok what does that have to do with me she proceeds to tell if you worked at the store you should know the department number by the tag !!! Keep in mind that’s not how you address a customer it doesn’t matter if I work for the company or not at that time I was a customer I’m not an employee and that’s not how you address anyone interested of the manger honoring the price she was nasty this company desperately needs to train...

This tjmaxx is nice and big but the customer service sucks soooo bad, the front lanes were so backed up I only had 3 ideas, so I decided to check out in the jewelry department the nice lady Lorraine was with a customer so I just stood there waiting for her, the so called “manager” Nancy B. was putting out merchandise she saw me standing there never opened her mouth to ask if I needed help. She saw Lorraine was busy all she had to do was ring up 3 items it’s not hard.
