DXL Big + Tall — Local services in Sunrise

BEWARE THE FINE PRINT ON COUPONS! DONT' BUY THERE. GO TO KING SIZE DIRECT. I went to store and they didn't have color and size, so, I let them place an online order for store pickup with a coupon. When the item arrived, I went to the store to pick it up, tried it on and it did not fit good. I ordered a 5XL. The store had a 4XLT in stock of the same exact item and same color. It was a jacket. Never worn. Delivered to the store. I asked them to keep the 4XLT in store and do a straight up exchange for the exact item I ordered online instead of going home with the 5XL that I was there to pick up. Tags were on the 5XL. Brand new and never worn. Guess what? The clerk asks me for $20.00 out of pocket. Why? They said when I bought it, a week earlier, it was on sale and by doing an exchange, I forfeited the savings from that sale and had to do the exchange and pay the difference of the current price of the same item which was $20 higher. IS THAT CRAZY?? I couldn't try it on when I went in to shop because they didn't have it in stock. I STILL CAN'T BELIEVE IT! Often, when women shop, they buy 2-sizes on line and try one on and return the one that doesn't fit. THIS IS CRAZY. No other clothing store does that for men or women. I'm done. WON'T BUY ANYTHING AGAIN FROM THEM. I WILL SHOP AT KING SIZE DIRECT. It's a waste of time to go into this store anyway because they don't stock enough sizes and colors and you have to order it online, anyway. The absolute craziest...

This place is perfect. You always get the “bang for your buck” and the service is exceptional. I never feel like I’m being harassed when just browsing. When I need assistance they are beyond attentive.

On this particular visit I had the pleasure of being helped by Patrick. Patrick was very helpful and provided options and advice to help me achieve the look I was after. I was able to get a full suit and accessories in less than an hour’s time.

So disappointed with this store. I have been a loyal shopper for years! I wanted to buy some clothes for myself and my wife would then buy a shirt for me using a coupon but was told No! It's coupon abuse. Really...really....wow. Very disappointed....previous customer before walked out as wel because they weren't allowed to use a coupon either...the clothing there is very expensive and customers should be allowed to use coupons as they see fit, i understand not on one transaction, but cmon. Treat your customers a little better and show more respect as well, to the young man in dreads, policy and guidelines are just hat, guidelines, I don't plan on ever coming back to this store...
