I want to give a shoutout to Karli, the manager, for going above and beyond in providing me with exceptional customer service. I recently purchased a necklace from the Palm Beach Gardens location, only to discover it was defective. To make matters worse, I had a terrible encounter with one of their employees. Frustrated, I decided to call the store to inquire about their return policy and the possibility of getting a replacement, considering I had purchased it just the day before and it broke.
Karli not only offered me the option of an exchange or refund but also took it upon herself to bring the issue to the attention of the district manager. Since I have never been in the store before I was unsure of where to stand while waiting to ring out. The female manager came up to me and rudely told me to move back (maybe a foot) and when I did she rudely again told me to move over. I was the only person in line so I was confused and moved without trouble. Maybe properly marking where the line starts would be beneficial if it’s such a big deal to be a foot away from said spot.
