I am extremely dissatisfied with the level of service I received from this store (Samsung at Sawgrass Mall). I purchased a basic tablet for the purpose of using it at work. Once I got home, I attempted to see if the app I use for work was compatible with the tablet. Unfortunately, it was not. I spent about 1 hour tampering with the settings to see if the functionality could improve, but nothing worked. I put the device back into the box and placed everything back into the bag. 5 days later I returned to the store explaining I would like to return the device. I was helped by Juan B, who immediately handed me their return policy form. Then he wrote down on the return form "screen is scratched." I asked why did you write that down? He said it was barely visible, but there is a small round spec on the screen. I could not see it. I asked to speak with a manager and he told me he was the only one I could speak with until another day. I asked for the number to corporate (several times) then he finally handed me a piece of paper with a number on it. I called the customer service line and the representative put in a ticket for this store to process my return. Afterwards, Juan still refused stating this is not a corporate store and our policies are different. I called the customer service line again and a new representative answered. The representative on the phone informed me to tell the store agent I want to speak with a manager. I told her I already tried. She pushed for me to get more information in regards to when the manager will be in. I asked Juan repeatedly when the store manager will be in. He finally answered with "I think Monday morning." Read moreI am beyond furious with their customer service. I spent 2 hours on the phone with the 1800# today, actually taking to real life morons. The first lady I talked to simply repeated everything I said, didn't speak understandable English, couldn't properly answer ANY question I had. Spoke with her "supervisor " , she was rude and just as brainless. Neither of them could help. Later the same day I walked through one of the biggest malls in the country to get to an actual store and the sloppy, fat, rep they had there couldn't help. His suggesting was to call the 1800#! Seriously! Called back again for 30 minutes, got the same runaround. My phone is less than 2 months old. I downloaded the new update last night, this morning I woke up phone was dead even though it was plugged in. I let it sit in my wireless charger to get it charged up brute work. Turned it on, great it works but it still won't charge. I did everything the website and the Samsung person instructed me to do to fix the problem, including factory reset. Still not fixed. Their solution for warrenty is to send in the phone(1-3 days), have an tech look at it (5-7 days), send it back (1-3 days). Yup 10-13 days! They will not send you a loaner, they will not expedite shipping, they will not do anything to actually help. Shotty phone, shotty customer service, shotty representatives, shotty warranty procedures. $800 peice of you know what. I have had 4 diffrent galaxy models and this will be the last. The Wireless fast charger does not work since it takes more than 4 hours to get a full charge. I called to have it returned and had to call 8x to get to the correct department that can process an exchange all the meanwhile everyone playing stupid to avoid assisting with an exchange. After finally getting a return label and being told it will take 14 business days to receive another for the fast Wireless charger I figured I better hurry and test out the dex before any more time passes and they won't take the return of necessary. After 2 days of buying additional accessories for the dex to still not work with my computer screen I've decided to return it and I am getting the same problem. I am on my 6th call within today and I keep getting told that I need to call back and speak with the sales team. Each time i call I keep getting the "technical team" no matter what option I chose. Now I chose "trying to purchase" an item and they're claiming they have high call volume and hold time will be longer than 30min. They've converted me to Apple at this point.
