I don't usually add negative reviews for places, we are all human after all but this place earned the badge of worst of worst. I was one of the initial investors (unit 508), the project is beautiful and they sell it well. But once you sign, expect the developer to lie on every corner of the deal. But the medal goes for the the HOA; they entirely managed to reinvent the concept of lousy service. Bertha and Ricky, leading the HOA management office are nearly the most incompetent and sneaky property managers I've ever had to deal with. Don't ever expect a callback, email reply or really any issue to be resolved. If you complain, expect every trick in the book to be used against you. I have seen this project from the bottom up, it has been a stressful ride but completely worth it. The front desk is always available, 24/7 just like a hotel. The amenities are amazing, brand new gym equipment and let me not leave out the amazing tennis court. Unlike the comment below, with false information. I have been in the management office and there are cameras EVERYWHERE! the security is one of the reasons why I highly recommend living here. Regarding Covid, they are taking great precautions to keep the building sanitized and within the CDC guidelines which keeps all of the residents at ease in this type of living. In all aspects of the word fantastic amenities, luxury as finishes and most importantly, the location is unbeatable.
