Jose looked after us today and we walked away as really happy customers. I have to admit, we often don't buy diamonds so I write this review for those that are similar to me.

Jose explained everything that we needed to know in order for us to make the right purchase. He took his time and answered all of our questions and made us feel completely comfortable in a field that we are particularly unfamiliar with.

I appreciated that his sales technique was not to pressure or to use that typical salesman skills (like many other stores that we visited before buying), instead he was humble, honest and completely transparent. Ontop of all of that, he gave us his mobile number so that we can contact him any time just incase we had anymore questions.

And finally...if the above wasnt enough to show you how well we were looked after...we were given a 1 week cruise to a destination of our choice with the purchase we made! We literally couldn't have walked away anymore happier!! ...I won't forget to mention the holiday beach goodie bag that Jose gave us just before we walked out too.

I really recommend Diamonds International to anyone who is really looking for something beautiful, furthermore I would recommend Jose to be your go to person. I would also like to give a little shout out to Younis, who warmly welcomed us into their store...in Gujarati (our native language).

They asked $55k for a pre owned Rolex Daytona (Panda). These go for around $30-32k on reputable grey dealers like Bob Watches or DavidSW. I am definitely never stepping in again.

Edit on 12/29/2023 after Owner's response: There is no confusion as the owner stated. Diamonds International-Sawgrass asked for $55k for a Stainless Still Daytona with White Dial, most known as Panda. This timepiece is going for $30-$32k as of Dec 2023. On a first visit several months ago, the seller mentioned that the Pepsi they had was rare after I mentioned I liked it in the Jubilee bracelet instead of Oyster, which was the one they had. They said that is what made theirs rare because Rolex does not manufacture Pepsi on Oysters anymore. This is incorrect. Pepsi on Oyster and Jubilee are still being manufactured.
