They might be a big name company but the salesmen and woman that sold us the ring at this store are liars. Do your research on diamonds and make sure you get the certification. They will try to take advantage of people and on top of that lie to your face. Picked up the ring and they tried to not deliver on the insurance certification. Went into store and got it and found out they lied to us. Everything from diamond quality, diamond color to return policy. Just avoid buying from them to save yourself the trouble of disappointment and heartache. My gf was originally so happy we got this ring and the quality to find out they LIED about everything. When asked for their corporate number to file a complaint they refused to and wanted me to speak to their "regional manager" instead which they gave a false extension. Do NOT buy from them. If you're getting an engagement ring for the person you want to spend the rest of your life with do you really want to risk it coming out in the future that you were wrong about the diamond itself? I had them resize it, seems like they altered the diamonds too. I think they switched out the SI1 diamonds for I3. The diamonds look more dull than when...

I need to speak to Corporate!!!! I just hung up on! I'm checking my order for pick up! My husband's ring was to be sized and they said it will be ready in 2 weeks. I called and they cannot find the order. We were in the store on May 10 2025 and I bought a rind for $2300 and needed to be sized. I called today and Spanish speaking woman cannot understand understand me. I gave the name and number and she's still confused. I called back, still confused. The 3rd time I said I need a manager I was hung up. This woman told me her manager isn't in and it's very busy she cannot talk to me and hung up the phone on me. Today is my 24th wedding anniversary. I got this for my husband. I will never buy from Kays Jeweler. I should've went to Zales. I will have to go into the store. How can no one find an order? What kind of establishment are you guys running that a sales rep cannot find an order. Now I do not have faith of me receiving something I paid for. I will be in the store and speak with a manager.
