The manager at this store has Terrible attitude even without meeting this man heâs so petty and likes to fight back with customer! I wanted to make an exchange and he just made my whole verbal experience through the phone horrible, he basically didnât â feel like â accommodating my request. I tried to argue less with him , I understood the 30 day policy, but without hesitation he just didnât wanted to accommodate my request and just exchange the sandals for the one that I wanted. If youâre reading this it doesnât cost a single penny especially from a huge BILLION dollar empire to accomplish or request a customers complaint , trouble, or problem. ( which I had with the sandals basically causing me harm to the middle of my foot) the point here is just because youâre having a bad day does not mean you can take it out on somebody you donât know or even know how they look like. Yes I did know the 30 day return policy, but NO your âTermsâ on the website of Tory Burch did not include the word â Tory Burch Outlet return does not accept returnsâ. Have someone fix that and not have confusion with a customer. Horrible experience never shopping at this outlet ever again. Boutique ( Boca Raton Tory Burch) went ahead without no hesitation and gave me my return , FANTASTIC return. Without no problem, no fighting, customer well understood. Great communication.    Read moreI've been generally disappointed by the service at this store compared to other stores in this mall. First of all, you cannot enter (even if there's room) until they assign a person to you. You're supposed to get all your item questions answered by one person only. Unfortunately, 'my' person was super busy and after waiting a long time for them to help me again, I asked another individual for help. This individual acted almost offended that I asked them for help and asked me directly "who's your attendant" and then haphazardly answered my question and very obviously huffed and puffed as she minimally helped me. My attendant also acted very offended that I didn't wait another 30min for her to help for maybe 3 minutes before being pulled again. This was definitely a busy day, but maybe don't "assign" attendants if you are not able to provide that personalized service you're trying to. I returned on a weekday, which was much much slower, but was surprised to find an older gentleman employee yelling at all the other employees openly about their quality of service. It was awkward and unnecessary, especially considering there was only a few customers and plenty of people to help (and again, there's no need for aggressive greeting).    Read moreIâm a regular client and I buy a lot of products from Tory Burch! I purchased a pair of flip flops not too long ago and wore them once and the Tory Burch print to the top of it peeled off on one side.
I was was so upset today when I visited the store to simply get another pair and not my money back; just needed an exchange, thatâs all ⊠I was promised over the phone it wouldnât be an issue!
Itâs quite a hassle to go to Sawgrass Mall; I did call first and they advised me to come in and bring the flip flop without the receipt and they would change it for me. Itâs clear as day itâs their brand!
When I got to the store today, the manager refused to change it for me without the receipt even though I was purchasing more items while I was there at the store.
Thatâs so crazy and unfair, itâs their slipper and they could see it was barely used. Itâs not cheap and with all the money they make ! Itâs sad and bad customer service!!
I know the manager could have helped me out ! Thereâs always a way to make it happen! Come on!
