If I could give negative stars I would. I just left this store extremely disappointed and to be honest sad. I am a recurrent customer, any time I have to buy gifts or presents I am at Kate Spade and at this particular location. I WAS cause it won't be happening again. Back in Black Friday I did a big purchase and asked until when I could return and the associate said end of January. I came to the store today to return a few items and the employees and manager ALL had a terrible attitude. Laughing at myself and my Mom, making jokes between them, even said to my face noone said end of January and that I had to read implying like I can't read and I was lying. The manager of the store kept interrupting me without letting me even finish a sentence.
Bad attitude, rudeness and lack of respect is completely unnecessary. I trust the employees working here reason why I thought asking was enough and I didnt check in the invoice which might have been a mistake on my end. Even if there was a misunderstanding or if the associate was wrong or I was wrong, it is completely unacceptable disrespecting and being rude to people and or a customer. If Luanne Johnson, the manager of the store (hopefully that's her name cause when I asked for the information they were all laughing at my face) was the first one with bad attitude and being disrespectful, what can I expect of the rest of the associates?
After being loyal to the brand and to this store location for years now, this specific situation makes me really sad... and even worse thinking that after loosing my mom and I as recurrent customers due to this store "manager", she will continue to be rude and treat people...

But I asked one of the ladies I had just gotten out of work so I was not dress to impress but she looked me up and down rolled her eyes and won't help me anymore. Then made a face at the rest of the girls in the counter. Made me feel awful.
