So today I went into Jerri Bobs as I have done many times over the last 3 to 5 yrs, I usually either email or take my flash drive to Brendon, William or Monica. Today I decided to not bother them and try to print my items myself from my flash drive. I asked the lady working the counter where to do it and she told me to go to the computer and print from there, I then found I needed a code that would cost me $2.00 to be able to use the computer. Yes it is only $2.00 but it is the principle that I was trying to not bother one of the workers and stop their productivity, so I told her no I would do it. I then walked over to the print shop where I have went many times and asked them to print certain files off my flash drive, at that point the lady came over and told William to charge me the $2.00! So after paying him and getting my prints I went over and let the lady know that due to her poor customer service she was going to lose a long term customer who has had printing done for 3 companies over $2.00, she said okay and I left. I called recently inquiring why a package I mailed, thru JerriBobs, to Canada, was returned to my home .. I was understandably upset and the older male (owner?) who answered told me my package was still in Miami not at my home .. after realizing that his rude behavior and attempt to be a bully wasn't working he passed me to a female employee who asked for a picture of the package via email and assured me she would call the next day ..
noon the following day I called and the same rude older male stated that it was her day off and I would have to wait for her to return ..
I write this five days later with no call from JerriBobs ..
as a business owner I would want to know where and why we failed a customer, what to do to fix this situation and how to avoid similar failures ..
