Salad and Go — Restaurant in Surprise

My favorite fast food place ever! They really are fast, their prices are fair, and their portions are huge! I always get their Cobb salad! Can’t go wrong with that one. It comes with chicken, bacon, egg AND AVOCADO! And cheese which I sub out for an extra egg or avocado. I’ve also had their seasonal drinks and those are fun. I really wish they would make the sangria one year round. It’s my favorite! The cucumber lemonade is quite terrible. I’ve had it twice to be sure that I wasn’t a fan, and each time it tastes like pickle juice. Just a heads up. Their black tea and mango green tea is great though! It’s always fresh tasting. Their cold brew is amazing! I love how you can customize it!!! I’m not a fan of cold brew but when I had theirs, I was in love!! Try the cold brew with 1 shot of sugar, 1 shot of vanilla and 3 shots of almond milk. You can’t beat the price! I’ve had the chicken pot pie soup and the corn chowder soup and those are to die for! I usually stay away from cream based soups because of how heavy and greasy they are, but these are so fresh and hearty! I won’t eat anyone else’s soup. Lastly, their breakfast burritos are amazing! I always get the traditional burrito with 2 extra salsas. So delicious, fresh and filling! My only complaint is that sometimes they don’t give me all my extra salsas that I paid for so I always have to check before I leave so I don’t have to drive back. 10/10 recommend this place! At first I left only a 5-star review, but I feel the need to elaborate:

Not all Salad And Go locations serve wraps last I checked, but this one does. All of them probably should from my perspective but I'd like to think there is a reason all franchises have not yet adopted the offering.

Aside from us higher-metabolism first-responders preference for carbs, this location has also always, albeit save one extremely busy time, exceeded the expected prep time given when ordering via the app. They have never, and I mean NEVER, failed to appropriate addons nor omissions for the insane amount of changes you can make to your preference. I have easily consumed from their cornucopia of options 30 times and they have not failed me once. Statistically that speaks volumes for their service.

The ingredients are always fresh and I've not regretted having tried everything on their menu. I look forward to having to transport patients to Banner Del Webb hospital or local facilities to swing by for a meal here. You really cannot possibly get better nutritional value per dollar than eating at Salad And Go.

Unfortunately I have been eating here for quite some time, right around a year or so. When I want fast food this is where I eat but because of inconsistency I can’t give them a good review.

To begin with they are a chain and when I go to different stores not only do they take your order different meaning at some stores I can’t even speak to a human I have to order it through a machine which I just don’t like, but also they don’t even have the same things on the menu so I can’t get what I like.

Furthermore, I tend to stick to certain things on menus that I know I like, I really enjoyed a chicken pot pie soup they had and of course they got rid of it. The only thing I ate besides that was a sweet potato and strawberry wrap and I just came from there tonight being told they don’t have it anymore. Sadly I will be coming here anymore.
