I was insulted by the owner of this location. He complained that i grabbed a cup of ice without a purchase and i do recycle my cup for a few days but once it wears out I'll grab another. I eat there at 6 times a month. Average about $15 a visit. He was not nice at all. I have a staff of three who also buys their lunches a few times a month but since this happened I will no longer be returning. Bty the place is extremely dirty. The drink station is sticky and all the dispenser Are filthy. First impressions aren't good, the glass door which is never cleaned is gross. U don't want to touch the door at all. Food service should be a clean experience so U feel safe to eat there but Mr. Owner u fail to pay attention to details and not worry about one free cup of ice. The female manager is nice but delegation of cleaning duties needs to happen. I'm really disappointed š because I really liked the food and how convenient this is for lunch....Mr mean x-fire fighter dude u just lost about $225 monthly $2700 yearly of revenue from me and my staff. No referrals either. I referred everyone there before...so sad...no more.....latest interaction on 4/25/23: unfortunately this owner is so bad that he accused me of stealing fountain drinks and said I called him a racist, which I never did or thought that. Hmmmm he must have a guilty conscience that is accusing him.....He stopped one of my employees today on 4/25/23 and lied. I NEVER CALLED HIM RACIST THAT DAY WAY BACK he confessed to my employee. Stealing soda which he says he filmed me three times stealing it my employee said he confessed. (now that sounds racist...filming a black woman at the soda machine...really..lol) If it was three times why didn't you stop me the first time?....hmmmm Mr. Mean owner that's ridiculous. In fact, down right funny š. You had to lie to sound credible and your slanderous accusations towards me to salvage your bad behavior and poor attitude and terriblecustomerservice. YOU only said that because he had no where else to go but to become a victim for sympathy. Well, I do feel sorry for you and pray that God saves you a lying sinner. I told her it didnāt give me a choice to add that with my order she says OK thatās fine. Iāll add it. so a couple of customers came in & placed their order at the register while I was on my phone online. The two customers who came in after I placed my order, got their order and left so I just realized that was sitting there for 15 minutes and wanted to check the status of my sandwich. I was the only customer in the restaurant sitting waiting for my sandwich to be called..
I walked up to the sandwich maker, and the girl I spoke with earlier she was working with him. I asked them whatās the status of my sandwich? and I also told them that I noticed two customer that came after me already got there order and left. he asked me whatās the name and I told him,he looked & said oh sorry itās right here. I asked them how long were you gonna make me sit there and wait 20 more minutes before you call name? I further told him I was the only customer in the restaurant.& Told him I told your coworker who was standing next to him about the extra bell pepper and onion. She knew that was my sandwich.
Why didnāt she call my name when it was done between them too I donāt know which one is more incompetent that they knew I was sitting there waiting in the restaurant and they let me sit there for extra 15 minutes. and the worst part, I had some food from another place in the car with 102° temperature. this is terrible customer service. Hello, Last night I went to pick up my order for my family, totaling $70. When we got home we noticed 3 of our 6 sandwiches were incorrect, children's orders did not have drinks, and none of the sandwiches came with pickles. I called the store and at first the employee said they had to wait till tomorrow morning to remake it because the store was closed. I asked to speak to the manager and the worker said the manager was new and wouldn't say anything differently. I finally got a hold of the manager and he said they would give me a full refund tomorrow and someone will call me. I told him my family and I would just have to go to another place to for dinner. Today I had to call the store, the same manager answered and said he was only authorized to refund 2 sandwiches. I protested and said the entire order was wrong and we had to go to dinner anyways. He only refunded $47 out of the $71. This was my first time ordering and eating here and the whole experience really sucked. Like I had to call twice, the manager changed his word but was "sorry". Check number is 1000173. I'd like a full refund of my order! It was so unfair to have to pay for 2 dinners and now the manager didn't even refund the order.
