I went to this store on two separate occasions and had a terrible experience both times. First, I was instructed by their DICK'S corporate to drive to this store to return shoes that were defective. Upon arriving and explaining my situation to the associate, he said he is unable to offer me an exchange due to my return being a couple days outside of their return window. I explained to him I was given permission that the exchange was approved by corporate. He said, "I don't know why they would say that because we never accept returns outside our return window." I ended up losing $120 for DICK’s selling me defective shoes. Second, I wanted to buy an item that stated, "in stock - 2 left" on their website/app store. I checked multiple times to make sure this was up to date and the correct listing. I drove to this store again to look for the item, but unable to find it myself. After waiting for 15 minutes for an employee to even look in my direction and help me, I told them I wanted to purchase this specific item. I waited another 10 minutes for them to come back and say, "we don't have it, sorry." Then proceeds to walk away. This was a huge waste of time and intolerable customer service between both corporate and this store specific site. Unfortunately, this is the nearest DICK's Sporting Goods store to my home and the drive is far, but I will no longer shop at DICK's. I will also be sure to tell everyone I come across...
Read moreThere is nothing good to say about Dick’s Sporting goods, especially this location. The associates there are rude and short with their customers. They do not listen when you have an issue. God forbid you pay for something with a debit card and cash. They will only put the money back on your debit card and absolutely refuse to give you cash back despite the majority of the purchase being made with cash. This is a new location and I’ve already spent hundreds of dollars there. I will never go back there again or buy from them online. Of the four online purchases I have made through Dick’s Sporting Goods, three of them were damaged or the wrong item. They only took care of one of the issues I had. The other items were out of stock online and at the stores. They only offered store credit. Why would I want store credit when they don’t even have what I want in stock? Read moreSo I wasn't going to review but I've heard the same stories recently. We went for the "grand opening" and I was so disappointed. First off I wanted to purchase a driver so we went to the golf section. No employee in sight. Then once an employee showed up they left with a friend of theirs to go talk. Totally ignoring the paying customer. My colleagues eventually roamed the store while I looked at golf shoes. Still no employee. I went to the weight section which was employee deficient as well. But wait a minute... By the time I got to shoes, I see 6 teens congregating and laughing it up in a buddy circle. I got assistance then but at that point I was done with the store.
