I am not usually one to write reviews but where do I begin… first of all, we’ve never sold a house before and needed to find a realtor that understood our needs. I googled for a realtor in my area and Keystone Realty Group was the first suggestion. As you can imagine, we were skeptical at first, but from the moment we got in touch with Brian, we understood what he could do for us and immediately knew from his experience and compassion that he was truly better than what we could have ever hoped for. We’ve had realtors in the past when purchasing our house who just seemed to be working for their commission. This was not Brian. He definitely did way more work and accomplished more than we expected a realtor would do—and I will say it even felt like he was selling his own house. Every step of the way, he was on top of everything and always kept us posted on all that was happening (email, phone call, you name it). Very reliable, not once that I called Brian did he not answer and if I had just missed him, he would call back within 15 minutes at most. After the offer was accepted, he even helped the buyer’s realtor in directing them as to what they needed to do for the process to go a lot smoother. And that’s exactly what happened, we did not even need to lift a finger! The best part—we didn’t need to show up for closing, Brian took care of everything. I would recommend Brian to truly everybody (for those new or those with experience, for those like us who are grateful to stumble upon Keystone Realty Group from a quick search)! He was very honest and has been in the business for so long (selling or buying) that he is very knowledgeable and got the job done quickly and efficiently....

I recently purchased my first home with the help of Brian Kugler. I had already been working with a non-Keystone Realty Group realtor down in Philadelphia (where I was purchasing my home), but was connected to Brian as a family friend to assist with any questions I may have had during my first time home buying process. By the time that I was connected to Brian to the time that I closed on my house, and beyond, Brian was there for me every step of the way. I cannot thank him enough for the countless hour + long phone calls we shared, detailed email explanations, and just his overall kindness/care and father-like figure role that he took on during my home buying process. Brian TRULY CARES about his clients and ensuring that they are getting the best deal possible. Brian became my go to guy during the home buying process and wound up helping me INFINITELY more than my actual realtor ever could've even imagined. Brian is the real deal and I would recommend him to anyone and everyone. I already had recommended him to one of my other friends who was also dealing with a first time home purchase and they too had nothing but wonderful things to say about him and the whole process. Again, I cannot thank you enough for all of your help Brian, I will most certainly be back when the time comes...

Brian knows his stuff and business! In terms of real estate and local market, Brian knows his business well and bring a lot of value to his clients. Brian thought in the client's best interests, brought me with a clear strategy and details of implementation of the strategy. I had to be away from the area during the sale, Brian made me felt comfortable the entire process. The email and phone call were always answered timely. I had no hesitation to contact Brian any time, even very late Saturday night. In the end, the house was sold above the asking price and got all needed work done at reasonable cost while I was away.
