Star Nails — Local services in Susquehanna Township

We were visiting Harrisburg, PA from out of state and I wanted to treat my friend to her very first Mani/Pedi ever. These ladies were awesome. They treated my friend as a special guest, gave her a wonderful manicure & pedicure. I also got a pedicure and I Loved the massage. They showed interest in us, instead of talking to each other -- asking questions, showing interest in our stories & travel.

They allowed us as walk-ins and seated us so quickly, I did not get the chance to go grab something to drink. I was very thirsty. They allowed me to order a couple of sodas from Sheetz, up the street, using my UberEats app. When the order arrived, these ladies were so gracious to bring our drinks to us.

I was very pleased with their service and the cleanliness of their store. This was the first time my friend was travelling in the USA (I was travelling up from Arizona) and this establishment provided such a lovely representation of excellent service and quality of product. Thank...

Horrible experience tonight. This place is usually my go to (only because it’s right near my house and I only get basic white toe pedis) but tonight, was different. I can’t in about 5:15 and asked if they had time for a pedicure. The owner says yes, pick color and have a seat. I have a seat at one of the chairs and there are 5 people getting their toes done. I wait 40 minutes and another customer comes in and ask for a pedicure… she has a seat as well… FINALLY one of the staff finishes a pedi and go to the customer that walked in AFTER me AFTER I BEEN WAITING 45 MINS. My issue is, they tell you they can do your pedicure and then have you waiting an hour and then on top of that, have 0 communication when someone will take you. It’s funny how everytime I got a pedicure here they are done within 25 minutes but seems to be taking their extra uber time with the other customers tonight. I won’t ever be...

Don’t waste your time here! Don’t even bother making an appointment! I had to go to work at 12pm. I called at 10:17am to ask if they had a 10:30am appt, they said no but they can take me at 11am. I asked how long the pedicure with just paint no water would take and they said 15 minutes so I said 1115 works for me then I got to the shop at 10:56 AM and I was literally sitting there waiting until 1130 and then when they finally could take me, they said the service would take 25 minutes… I was late to work and it ruined my whole morning. I had to go home and change because I didn’t have time to wait 25 more minutes. Never going to a shop again!!!
