
I expected to find some things that were below my expectations, however this new location has disappointed this food critic.
Food notes: Lobster Tail is tasteless and portion small. Garlic butter is made with garlic powder and not fresh garlic. The butter was very watery. Shrimp was overcooked. Crab legs has a good flavor but were small. Potatoes were bland. These could use some salt or seasoning.
Atmosphere notes: The owners are rude and stare at you as you are eating. The lighting is super low and does not seem to match a seafood eatery. Host? It was not clear who the host was as there were two people that came up to seat my family. Doesn't seem that communication is very good between the staff. The dining room was dirty. There were tables that were not clean. The wait staff were busy the day I visited and seemed to have way to many tables per staff member.
Observations: The waitresses were busy, while there were 4 people staring at my family just standing around. Why didn't they come and clear the tables for her? or clean the floor up with one of the mini vacuums? I say the leadership staff is just lazy and does not work as a team.
The ingredients should be as fresh as possible. Stop using work arounds like garlic powder as you can tell it is not real garlic in the butter. Do not water down the butter to make it stretch more.
The lighting should be turned up so you can see your food better. Is it dark because you dont want the customers to see that the food? This type of eatery is not a romantic location, so spend a bit more on light bulbs.
The best part of the meal was the server. (see positives)
Positives: I have one positive and that was the waitress. Shea came to the table quickly, provided refills even before the cup was empty, checked to ensure we had all that we ordered, and was the smile in a very disappointing visit. I was sure to tip Shea extra for the great service.
To the Owners & Management: I plan to eat here in a few months to see if things improve or continue to be lacking.

Things to know before hand if youāre not eating in the inside. This is for whoās just order food via by phone / online WARINING this place is really in high demand due to the great food they make and the proper craftsmanship on how they prep your order that comes along with a branded bag of their company logo, honestly that show how much appreciation they care for there customerā¦
With that being said this place is majority of the time packed which means in other words there doing a lot of good which also means they need to expand. As soon as you open the door its a lot of people in there already because there so much in super high demand⦠also your best bet is to order online or on the phone so you can avoid the packed restaurant⦠lol Iām speaking from experience the beautiful ladies at the counter when go in to eat inside will help as much as they could.
Honestly to tell you the truth they have a strong amount patient and will also make sure you feel like your not alone in the journey of dine in experience literally. Now at the same time they me be bombarded by other customers. They will Make sure your order is ready even though the automated app told you your food is ready WARNING!! Your food may be a lil behind due to high demand for inside diner eating customer.
But they will assure your food is fresh up hot whether your eating inside your picking up.
Anyways if you ask me this place needs to expand immediately this restaurant is truly amazing in its own superior way.

My wife and I asked for a table for two people and one of the three women (why do you need 3 people up front?) in the front of the restaurant said it'll be just a few minutes. Nearly 20 minutes later we were finally sat after the main Hostess asked us on two separate times if we were here for seating or for doordash. The restaurant was not busy.
We were finally sat in the back corner. Maybe 10 minutes after sitting we had a waitress to order. From the initial vibe we decided to order all drinks, appetizers, and entrees because it looked like it was going to take a while.
It took double the usual time to receive our drink order and longer to receive the appetizer. We were not served Waters or given napkins or utensils when the appetizer was served. We had to sit with dirty hands until the entrees were served 15 minutes later.
The food was ok. Not much to comment on.
We had our entrees and not 1 time in 50 minutes did the waitresses check on us. She finally came around when our food was done and asked if we wanted the check. We said yes and asked for a box.
15 minutes later she's back with the check without a box. We ask for a box again.
Maybe 10 minutes after that she's back to take our credit card and we had to ask for a box again. After being at Redcrab for nearly 2 hours I started to complain. She said I can follow her to the ring station to get my box. So that's what I did. I feel like had I not followed to get the box it would have taken another 10 to 15 minutes to sign the credit card slip to leave.
Management needs to take a serious look at the way this restaurant is run. To have three hostesses up front that are not bussing tables or helping waitresses or waiters is absurd. And to have a waitress with about 15 tables is uncalled for. We will not...
