Beautifully laid out and clean.

I walked in impromptu as I needed as sweater. I left home for work not realizing how cold it actually was. I wasn't feeling well so I stopped at the Starbucks next door to get a medicine ball after which I ran in here to find a sweater. I walked in and said good moring, the 3 sales ladies replied but had dismissive tone. I played ot off and inquired where the sweaters were as I was headed to work and didn't want to spend too much time browsing. One sales lady took me immediately to the clearance rack. I asked if their sweaters were all on clearance and if this was the reason for taking me to clearance. Sje smilled and said no. Then I said what about that which you're wearing l like that style, she then went to the front of the store and retrieved it. Sje then preceeded tp tell me the price without me asking😒 feeling myself getting annoyed I then picked put a couple other pieces and headed to the counter. Realizing cost was not an issue thry now offered to telle about personalized fitting amd styling appointments and the fake friendliness came out. I paid for purchase even donating to their dress for success charty drive.

I don't want to say it was a racially profiled interaction or a situation where I'm in scrubs just looking like a regular Joe shmo... no diamonds on my fingers or in my ears kinda thing.

I deaf think this location's staff could benefit from diversity training.

Tablets have always been a favorite of mine. I will however not be patronizing this particular location again,which is. Shame as it's along my daily...

Usually this store is very nice but I had a horrible experience yesterday: .I had a return and walked all over the store and none asked if they could assist me. I also had questions abt merchandise availability. Again, noone checked on me. Finally I went up to 2 young sales associates who were talking. They didn't stop even though I was right there. I had to say "excuse me" to get them to talk to me. If this were my first experience in the store, I'd never go back. ImI very surprised and...

I was never greeted by a sales associate after entering the store. After I had so many clothes to try on that they became too heavy and still no sales person offered to start a dressing room for me, I entered the fitting room area, found a sales person and asked if there was a dressing room available.
