White House Black Market — Local services in Susquehanna Township

My wife and I are regular customers of WHBM and we get promotional emails from them often. The latest had an expiration today while we were on a road trip (VT to DC), so we looked at online options but prefer to try things on. As such, Googled closest shops and ended up at Susquehenna Marketplace near Harrisburg, PA. I always pay close attention as WHBM staff is what I really appreciate. This shop does not disappoint. It was a great pick as Michael and Janet were on duty as my wife went through the process of trying on many outfits. Both were helpful and patient (particularly with the multiple "not this" hand backs). They were also great at suggesting combos and sizes. After a few hours we walked out with a half dozen beautiful, classy pieces and the promos (THREE + Select Styles discount) made us even give a shout out to the value we received. I was in today to exchange a blouse I bought 2 weeks ago, and I asked if I could get a different size shipped to my home. I was greeted with a sparky older, heavy woman with a horrible attitude. She answered my 2 of my 4 questions as if I were someone that did her wrong. I don't understand why such a nice store would hire someone with this below standard snit. I spend alot of cash on my wardrobe and I did not appreciate the way she handled my very easy transaction. Today is May 22, I was there at 12:55, and unfortunately "Danielle" was that person. This is absolutely my favorite store. I not only love the clothes, but the service is amazing. Michael is always friendly, courteous and provides the best most honest feedback. When I ask if something looks good on me, he will always give me an honest answer. I don't want to be told something looks good on me, when it actually doesn't.
