Bernadette was great but the outlander we bought has been a nightmare, we purchased it before it was run through the shop to be cleaned and we decided we would come back when it was going to inspected so it could be run through the shop and cleaned well we left and found out the front crash detection was malfunctioning so we couldn't use cruise control and our hood bounced up and down when we were driving which was a service bulletin the hood was on back order, they put a new sensor in for the crash detection and inspected it but the car was not cleaned it looked as if someone just rinsed it with water and when we left the crash detection was still broken so we had to come back for that and the hood when it came in and to have it detailed again since they didn't do that so we brought it back they got the new hood on and found out there was a problem with a mirror that is on back order to fix the front crash detection and again they cleaned the outside of the car this time but left the inside dirty and they tried to clean the windows but they were all streaked and hard to see out of at night again they said next time and offered a free oil change. I called to make an appointment for the oil change and to have the inside cleaned and was told it was already done they spent 2 hours on it and I said they certainly did not clean the inside and left the windows filthy with streaks and said they could ask Bernadette to verify since they didn't believe me so my girlfriend decided to just go and clean it herself so we took it for an oil change and a few other things and they did that and checked out our heat with their computer and found it was working OK and said they can clean it but I said we already had it done but they can clean the windows which they did well on our way home found out now not only the front crash detection was malfunctioning but now the side lane assist was now malfunctioning so I called and let them know and they added it to the list well we got home and had to run to the store go back outta the car and see 2 lights on the dash and started it and it won't go in gear it's stuck in park we had to call road side assistance to have it towed to a mitsubishi dealer and now we are stuck with no vehicle and not to mention we were on vacation in kansas and the battery died and we had to dump 250 dollars on a new battery this has been an absolute nightmare we have to keep having stuff fixed I have alot of doctor appointments comming up and don't know how I will get to them because this car we bought just keeps breaking and we are very frustrated to be spending so much money on a nice car and it just seems to keep having problems and now it's gonna be in the shop for lord knows how long this is crazy
Joe reimbursed us for the battery very kind of him.
Joe, Megan, and the technicians have gone above and beyond to get our car fixed they are all great and we appreciate all the help and hard work to get our car...

I started out dealing with one of the other dealerships in the group who had the same vehicle on their website. After mistakenly being routed to their Philadelphia dealership only to learn the vehicle was in Harrisburg, the manager at the Philly location said he would call this dealership, explain the situation, and have them contact me.
That call didn't come so I tried to reach the sales manager directly. This led to an unnecessary amount of phone tag to start the process and back-and-forth to see it through. I live two hours from the dealership and I wanted to have everything ready that I could come up with the expectation that I was buying unless the test drive was unsatisfactory.
Eventually we agreed on a price and a date and I brought the family up for the test drive. Despite negotiating with them for almost three weeks and having the appointment set for several days, the vehicle had not been detailed. The exterior was muddy with a TPMS warning on 3 of the tires and a low battery warning from the key fob and because it was a Saturday their service department was closed.
I decided to take the vehicle since I'd come a long way and it was the model, trim, and color that I wanted. After I signed the papers we went to a museum downtown. Going over a stretch of rough pavement I noticed a rattle I hadn't heard on the short test drive loop around the dealership. Then while putting air in the tires, I noticed the lowest one had a gash in the sidewall and I could see the steel belting.
On the way home there was an intermittent smell of coolant from the vents, and at interstate speeds the hood fluttered. The next day while driving around town I was able to generate the suspension rattle almost at will. That's when I decided to return it.
The owner was gracious about it in the end, which I did appreciate. He offered to fix the problems and I'm sure they eventually could have but the potential prospect of multiple four hour round-trips to the service department was not feasible.
I'd like to give more than 3 stars since the owner and sales manager seem like straight shooters, but not having the vehicle prepped for the appointment with several days' advance notice is...
Read moreVery bad after sales service, manipulative by using wrong information on sales receipt. They need to understand the differences between buyer and a co buyer. A buyer is a borrower and a co buyer is a guarantor of the borrower if or otherwise not paid. I recommend anyone going there must not go and mitsubishi shakes on highways. Bad purchase nothing as described. Realized after purchase but cant do anything about it. So anyone considering please think twice with other options.
I was an applicant to lower interest rates my niece signed as a cosigner at least thats what we were told and we thought we did that. However, they sold it to my niece and put me as a co buyer registering it under her name. They did not even provided any proof of purchase but emailed just a letter of delivery. I never received nor I ever knew until i changed the address. I called them for the registration paper and realized what they intentionally did - sold it to a co signer and listed me a buyer as a co buyer. Called santandar and they now tells I have to refinance to have me as a buyer. Upon talked to a dealer they act as if they told me everything when I signed paperwork. Of course I signed wherever they asked. I was not expecting them to play games. This dealership gets zero rating and a place everyone should be cautious when buying from them. I went there and their faces clearly showed their mistake when their voices kept proving them right. I bought it i was there, i down payed i am paying and they know it all. They also asked a registration fee of $150 to put my name this day. Their fraud...
