Ordered curbside pickup through the app which was easy to do but that was the only good part about this experience. We placed our order at 6:13, pressed I'm here at 6:15, but didn't even get it until 6:50. When we pulled up to the parking lot, the manager walked out, clearly flustered, and shortly told us that "The parking we are in is a through lane and has been that way since the pandemic started and we need to relocate". I have been to this Chick-fil-A every few weeks since the pandemic started and that simply isn't true. Those spots were previously curbside pickup spots until recently. We couldn't tell that they were changed because there was NO signage indicating that it was changed. Once we "relocated" we waited another 15 minutes until we became frustrated and I went inside to find a madhouse of employees running around and not communicating. After waiting another 5 minutes, they called my wife's first name for my order but another person with the same first name answered and started making changes to the order because they were out of some sides that we had ordered. Before I got the chance to walk up and say that I also had that name on the order and that order sounded VERY MUCH like our order, the employee scurried off to make the changes to our order that the other individual made. I tried to get their attention for a few minutes but was told to just hold on until our name is called. I waited to get the order for another 10 minutes. The next time our name was called I went up and found that most the food was there, the sides were changed, and our drinks had been sitting out for the last 20 minutes melting. They quickly shoved all of our food into my hands and whisked me out before I could even check. Social distancing protocols also weren't followed, employees and customers alike were crammed In to this restaurant like sardines. Overall, our food was okay, but our frozen drinks were melted and made wrong and the sides were wrong as well. You're better than this,...

Got to the pick up window and the person asked if I was the one with the southwest salad. I said "no, I ordered the cobb salad." She was like "oh?" She then read off the "rest" of my order...she was missing the first thing I ordered, which was the filet, no bun. So, I respoke my order. "cobb salad, NO MEAT, 4 strips meal, Pineapple Dragonfruit lemonade drink, Chicken sandwich deluxe-no cheese (and using points for that), and a Chik-Fil-A breast no bun." Then, they were about to give me the drink "frosted". I said, "no. I just wanted it as a lemonade, as it was suggested over the intercom". So, the one turns to the other irritated, and says, "this needs to be remade." Eventually, big bag of food comes, and we depart. Get home, there are NUGGETS in my salad. I did NOT order nuggets, especially IN my salad. I ALWAYS ask for a salad, NO MEAT (so the greens don't wilt). I pay extra for the chicken separately. I know this. THIS location ALWAYS puts meat IN my salad, charges me for it, when I don't ask for it. It's $2 more, in case anyone wants to know. It isn't until later, when I get home after DRIVING that I get a chance to verify their mistake. I call "Chik-Fil-A Cares"...it NEVER feels like they really care. WHY do I still go to Chik-Fil-A? because of convenience. I DO like the food. And, because I have short term amnesia from the PHENOMENAL experiences I have from the locations at the Brookfield & Danbury Connecticut locations. Devon Scanlon knows how to run a business! Maybe these franchisees need to call her up and get some pointers??
So crowded inside and in the drivethru. Other CHIK-FIL-A locations are so much more streamlined and clean...
Read moreTop-Notch Food and Service Every Time Chick-fil-A has easily become one of my favorite places to eat not just because the food is good, but because the entire experience is consistently solid from the moment I walk in. This location especially stands out.
The staff is always incredibly polite, greeting you with a smile and a genuine attitude that you don’t get at many fast food spots. Whether I’m ordering at the drive-thru or inside, they move things along quickly but never make you feel rushed. They actually listen, get the order right, and say “my pleasure” like they mean it.
As for the food, it’s always hot and fresh. The chicken sandwiches are perfectly crispy, the waffle fries are seasoned just right, and even the salads are high quality for fast food. You can tell they care about consistency. I also really like that they offer healthier options and seasonal drinks — it makes repeat visits more enjoyable.
The restaurant itself is clean and well-kept, including the bathrooms. That’s something I notice and appreciate because it shows they pay attention to the little things. Even during busy lunch hours, the tables get wiped down quickly, and the dining area never feels chaotic.
What really makes Chick-fil-A stand out, though, is the combination of good food and genuinely good service. It’s rare to find both these days. Whether I’m grabbing something quick after work or sitting down for a meal with family, I know I’ll be taken...
