I went here to buy a new mattress because we just relocated. I returned a few weeks later to purchase two additional mattress. The salesman Will was there again to greet us with open arms (figuratively of course.) He still remembered from our last visit, which mattress we wanted and the quantity. I've gone to other stores to make make additional purchases the next day and the salesperson acted as if we never met. I take this as a sign of exceptional customer service. In addition to Will's welcoming disposition, the store is clean and neat. Hand sanitizer and disinfectant is readily available for use. 5 star...

Went into the Giant because I was lost, they had closed the route I needed to take due to an accident and had NO CLUE and no wifi for navigation. Talked to Brian (I believe the spelling is correct), a manager there, due to the kind lady at customer service not being good with directions..God Bless her for trying! I would like to say each time I have come into the Giant, employees seem respectful and wanting to help. I appreciated very much Brian taking the time to even write down the directions to ensure i went the right way..God Bless!...

I would never recommend anyone to go to the Mattress Warehouse store. They had done my elderly parents wrong by giving them a different mattress & different size boxspring that was bigger than the mattress. The guys that delivered were third party & were not pleasant to deal with. They quickly brought it in & didn't speak to them both times.
