Italian Pizza & Subs — Restaurant in Swatara Township

My boyfriend and I have ordered from this restaurant at least twice a month for the past 6 months. We rave over their “baked wings” that we’ve ordered every time. We have consistently gotten these large, breaded, and crispy wings that taste absolutely amazing. Twice we have gotten these small, soggy, undercooked looking wings that we would NEVER order. We like crispy wings.. we even specify it in the notes section of our order “extra extra crispy”. Tonight, we were craving our usual order, “2 dozen baked wings- extra extra crispy with a medium cheese pizza.” When our order arrived, the wings were again the small, undercooked, soggy looking wings. This time we called the restaurant to ask why we were given a totally different style, size and temperature wing. The person on the phone stated this is how their wings “have been for years.” When we mentioned how frequently we order the employee on the phone began blaming us for ordering wrong. Brian and i been eating take out here arround twice a week for 26 years. Today was awful. Not correct order. When we got it home fries which we paid fir but didnt order were limp undercooked and were covered in sauce because whoever bagged it the sauce opened up in bag and was everywhere. Chicken fingers were also cold and not the amount i ordered. Threw out the fries. The cheesesteak sub was ok only. After we wiped the sauce off of the foil so we could open it. This us the first time i have complained when i called them about food and thats because the quality has gone down. Id say half of our orders lately have been not very good quality. The portions for the meal deal I got were larger than I expected, which was nice. We were going to eat outside, so we waited inside to pick up the food at the counter, but they actually brought it out to us instead of making us go up to get it. Food came out pretty quickly! Seems like a very popular spot by the number of people coming to pick up food in the time we were there. I should've gotten dessert, they looked really good on the menu! Some tables outside were a bit dirty, but they probably hadn't been able to get around to it since they were pretty busy.
