Five Below — Local services in Sweetwater

Me and my friends came in today to look at stuff to buy. We all split up and I went to go look at the basketball section. I picked out a ball that i wanted to buy. I dribbled it twice in the dribble zone and as I was going to wait in line, I noticed that the line was extremely long. After not wanting to wait the line, I turned around to put the ball back where it is supposed to be. As i was walking the old lady in the front started being disrespectful and accusing me of coming everyday and messing everything up. Keep in mind ive never been in that store and this was my first impression of this five bellow. So she starts making comotion in front of all the people telling me that she will kick me out when all i did was want to buy a ball. I tried to explain to her the situation about the long line and how i was going to buy it when the line got shorter and in the mean time i would check out other products. However, this lady shut me down and gave me a very unprofessional rude impression. I hope that you guys can work on customer service and the situation as I would like to come back. The employees in this store were absolutely terrible, i went here with some friends expecting a fun time and we got the complete opposite. whiles i tried to check out i only had cash and this employee looks at me and rolls her eyes because she wanted me to have a card. she was talking bad about me and my friends with another employee right in our faces. My friend was trying to check out and an employee cancelled my friends order when she wasn’t done, because of this $7 in the machine we’re gone. She did get her money back from an employee, but , this one employee in biker shorts and a hoodie completely acted ballistic about the whole situation and blew it way out of proportion. she said my friend was driving her insane when she obviously does not have good work experience or customer service skills because my friends in no way was being disrespectful. she talked in spanish expecting us not to understand . my friends and i walked out of that...

Today I visited this store, as usual, with my brother. While we were in one of the aisles, he picked up a ball and dribbled it a couple of times. Out of nowhere, an older lady came up and started yelling at him, saying he needed to pay for the ball, speaking with a very rude attitude. At first, I was confused and told her that I wasn’t ready yet, but it quickly became clear her intention was to kick my brother out of the store.

I understand that maybe you have a hard life and don’t get paid enough, but it’s not fair to try to humiliate a boy half your age. And keep in mind—you can try a perfume before you buy it. I’ve seen in the reviews that this isn’t the first time something like this has happened here.
