Dolphin Mall — Restaurant in Sweetwater

Used to be my favorite place to eat at Dolphin Mall. Not anymore. Asked for a whole pie and was told didn’t have tel he regular pie $21 and only had the Roman style pie $24. Employees are not friendly at all. So I ordered the Roman Pie and two large drinks. $33. Large Drinks are $3.49. When I went back a few minutes later to get a refill, I was told they don’t offer refill. Not even paying a few cents more. You must paid full price. Now, we all know that fountain drinks are the biggest mark up in restaurants, but at least if you already paid for a cup full mostly of ice, have the decency to offer refills for a few cents at least. Hey there! I was at dolphin mall yesterday in Florida, I went to get some lunch at your restaurant Sbarro‘s… I went to go pay for it and it first my card was declined! Your staff was super nasty, completely embarrass me in front of everyone, I then pay cash and had to leave because I was so upset! Mi experiencia hoy estuvo lejos de ser la que esperaba. Para empezar, en pleno horario de almuerzo el local ya no tenia las pizzas más solicitadas (pepperoni y pizza de muzarella ), pero además, las personas estaban atendiendo a los gritos y con no muy buen trato. La pizza no la calentaban lo suficiente, salía fría. Además, en un momento sólo me dieron una de las dos limonadas que pedí, y la señora de la caja me dijo de forma muy soberbia que ya me había dado todo mi pedido, pero por suerte pronto la que estaba preparando la otra limonada la desmintió. La atención fue mucho inferior a la que recibí en otro Sbarro en el Sawgrass.

My experience today was far from what I expected. Firstly, they had no pepperoni and cheese slices left amidst lunch time when most people wanted to order. The workers there were constantly yelling at the clients and between them and the pizza wasn’t warm enough. To top it off, the lady at checkout told me in a very mean way that she had already given me everything in my order when I was telling her that I was missing one lemonade. Luckily, she was quickly proved wrong by the lady that was serving the other lemonade, who quickly brought it.
