My boyfriend Mark and I first visited Jeffery Mann Jewelers a year and a half ago. Upon entering the business, Mike one of the salesmen’ there greeted us with a smile and very warm and friendly welcome. I had told Mike what I wanted and at the time didn’t have a picture to show for my plan, so I had described what I had in mind to the best I could. Mike is exceptional!!! I will be sure to tell anyone I know to go see Mike at Jeffery Mann. He listens, is intentional, professional, friendly and takes the time to ensure your investment is perfect! He was able to put my ideas I had together and listened to what I was envisioning for my perfect engagement ring, within 30 minutes flat he brought my vision for the ring I have always wanted to life! I had tears in my eyes as I thought it would be next to impossible for someone to know exactly what I was looking for. Fast forward 6 months Mike had saw me outside of Jeffery Mann jewelers and walked up to say hello and had remembered myself and my boyfriend by name and asked how we were doing. My experience at Jeffrey Mann Fine Jewelers was nothing short of astonishing. I was purchasing a replacement wedding ring for my wife that was recently stolen and had the pleasure of working with Melani Heisler to find this replacement. She was referred to me (thankfully!) by a customer of mine. I spoke with Melani prior to visiting their location to discuss exactly what my wife wanted and what my budget was. Upon my arrival, Melani had 5-6 different options prepared for me with detailed specifications on each option. Considering I didn't have a lot of time to spare, this was greatly appreciated! She reviewed each option with me in great detail and went over their process. The owner, Jeff Mann, was also involved in this process which was fantastic compared to the experiences I've had at other national chain jewelers. Once I picked out a ring for my wife, the positive experience continued. I had already set a date for when I wanted to give the ring to my wife, so Melani suggested we schedule an appointment to have it resized once she has it instead of doing it when I purchased the ring and trying to guess the appropriate size. I inquired with Melani how long it takes to be resized as I had expected it to be sent out, to which she advised it would be completed same day as they do it in house. Again, based on my past experiences at the large national chains, this is not the case. Needless to say, I was thrilled that after giving my wife her replacement ring (it had been 9+ months since it was stolen) that we didn't have to send it out and wait yet another 2-3 weeks to be sized. When my wife and I returned to have her new ring sized, Melani was ready and waiting for us! The ring was appropriately resized in less than 2 hours and we were well taken care of!
