Terrible Manager!! The only reason I'm giving a 2 is because the counter person was very friendly. My daughter ordered a snickerdoodle blizzard. When she got it, it was very dark, so that was weird. Then she said it tasted like coffee. I sent her back in to let them know they had made a mistake and put mocha in it. She came back out and said the guy said it was supposed to taste like coffee, and that he would not make her another one. I could not believe that, to begin with, as re-making it would have been the right thing to do for customer service. Then, I went in, and this man was SO RUDE! He told me that it was made correctly, and that he never told my daughter that it was supposed to taste like coffee. He said she was lying!! I could not believe how he was treating us! He was sighing and rolling his eyes and asked me to consider how he was feeling!!?? Are you kidding me?? Then I asked his name. He said "No, you don't need to know my name." I asked if he was the manager, and he said yes but still refused to give his name. He was in a wrinkled old t-shirt and shorts with no name tag, so that was shocking, as well, that a manager would look like he just rolled out of bed, AND refuse to re-make a little bit of ice cream that was clearly made incorrectly, AND would refuse to give his name. He was arrogant and acted like a petulant child! He finally made her another one,--while huffing and acting like a spoiled child--only because I was insistent. Sooo disappointed. We have gone there for YEARS and have always been treated well. We have NEVER before asked for anything to be re-made, either. TERRIBLE customer service by this person. The owner of this Dairy Queen was extremely rude, dismissive, and also made a racial remark towards me stating “I can’t stand people like you”. I am shocked & appalled all because I asked for a replacement about something that I did not like. This owner needs some type of consequence immediately?!!!! The owner should be ashamed of herself!!!

Update: my sister and I are two black women and you stated “people like you” it immediately came off racist. The only person causing a scene was you, you expect someone to hear what you have to say and not have anything to say back? You also said my sister was “threatening” you because she stated that you were willing to “cause all this trouble rather than just replacing the disgusting blizzard that was served”. So like stated before, you are rude, dismissive and I will be calling corporate first thing in the morning. I hope you plan on doing some self reflection with your customer service skills when dealing with EVERY customer no matter what they...

4 of us went in for ice cream and the bill totaled almost 30 dollars and when handed the clown at the register a $50 bill he said "bro,can't take anything larger than a $20 bill"

This is America 🇺🇸 and if you can't take our currency for your product you shouldn't be in business I will be spreading the word on several different social media sites regarding this place and will make sure my self and friends never patronize this woke establishment ever again and will be talking to friends to see if we can hold a protest out front to let toledo and others know about their practices.

If fraud is what you're worried about with US currency as a business there are several ways to attempt to prevent that instead of being rude to customers and turning US currency away
