Maybe this place used to be nice? Went there to see about getting my bf a cut. Despite being 5pm and the store says it closes at 7pm the barber said he was finished for the day. There was a lot of people standing around the shop and it made us very uncomfortable. We didn't go into the shop due to the amount of people outside of it but from what I could see it looked clean but lacking a lot.
