Like feeling prescription when I told them not to, and I ask them to take them off my insurance, they didn't do it. So if I don't get the medicine who is getting it.???? I pressed "3" and the recording told me the business hours, then took me back to the main menu 😑

Since their automated phone system is woefully unhelpful, let me save y'all some time: after you dial their number, wait til you hear the recording, then press 0 to speak to a human....
