If I could give less than 1 star I would. I had a horrible experience today, I arrived at 9:50 this morning intending to pick up a phone I had ordered several days ago. When I ordered I was told they would call when the phone came in, I never received a call. I started calling the store at 9:00 am when they opened on December 26, for well over an hour there was a recording on that was first a male voice stating all employees were busy, after about 30 minutes the recording changed to a female voice. I spoke with someone who was very unfriendly and not very helpful. I told her I would be in today to which she replied well we open at 9:00. When I arrived this morning I went to the door to discover the doors were still locked and this female worker is sitting there laughing at me through the door. She finally got up and came over to open the door and she was like oh I thought the door was open. She was rude, acting like I was putting her out by being there. She acted like she had better things to do than help a customer. By the time she got around to stating that I needed to contact my son for approval on accessing the account I had already been treated like I didn't need to be there, again like I was interuppting her very busy morning. Read moreDrive the extra distance and use corporate store. I got the new Samsung S7. Opted for the screen protector, which I always do. The kind they carry says Samsung S7 on the package, but leaves 1/8 of an inch exposed on each side. The guy there said it's how they always come. I was desperate to protect my phone since they didn't have cases for them yet. The glass cover is beginning to peel up on the sides and trying to press anything where that seem lies is difficult. I showed it to the guys at a corporate store and they said the screen protector is wrong. They took one they had out of the and laid it over mine and it went to all the way to the sides. I tried to return it to the Russell Cellular and they told me it was made to fit under a phone case. When I told them I bought an otter box for it they said it was because the Otter Box fits differently. When I told the guy the screen wasn't as responsive where the seem was he sneered and looked at me like I was an idiot. They refused to admit they sold me one that didn't fit and refused to refund me because it was already on my phone even though they put it on. Caveat Emptor! Go to a real Verizon,...
