My daughter and I went in for brake pads and rotors for my 2017 Tundra and to recycle waste motor oil while I was there. I waited in line for around 10 minutes, and when it was my turn, I went up to the counter, and a young lady who apparently really hates her job acknowledges me. I said I need to drop off some used motor oil and get brak..... and she cuts me off and says I have to move aside so she can help others behind me. I proceed to wait through her, waiting on 3 customers, and then when I think it will be my turn, another person comes in the door and needs a battery installed, and she proceeds to start helping him. Another customer who had seen the whole thing even said, "this guy has been waiting a long time" the girl then "allows" the other associate to help me now that there are no more customers. Read moreI’ve gone to this O’Reilly Auto parts location a few times now and I have consistently been impressed by how friendly and quick to help the employees they have there are. I got help changing a belt that had broken on one of my cars while on the way to an appointment, (While Dressed up kind of nice). Dude just grabbed a wrench loosed the tensioner threw it on and tightened it up.. certainly I could have done it but not without getting to be a bit of a mess. Sometimes it gets a little pricey but what can you say they've got good quality parts and again they've got them, normally every time I show up or call, In stock with warranties. I just did a rebuild on my Dodge Magnum myself and they never let me down so thank you O'Reilly's but I seriously wish that you had more female friendly faces behind the counter.
