These people are the worst! Not helpful at all. They are supposedly working remotely, yet no-one answers calls, no one answers emails until a week later. I have been emailing for months about making a change to my application after I had already paid and to they're gonna say they cannot make the change. Do not waste your time here people, this is one of the many stories every student here has had...
