The dining area is small and always neat. The bread is always extremely tasty and fresh. I only like tuna subs and this location comes in second only to the one on Sunrise. I order a footlong cut in four and eat it for lunch and dinner. There was a mixup with my points and a coupon earlier this week due to staff-error. I phoned Subway once I realized the error and Matilda offered to resolve the issue on my next visit. Turns out, she is actually at a West Commercial location. The workers here were surprisingly at odds on resolution; hint guys: the customer is always right. The energy and time it took interacting with the staff here for resolve of a simple issue was amazing. I then phoned Matilda while at this location. She immediately knew what to do and phoned the restaurant herself and rectified it. Talking about great customer service here! This was the worst experience of my life, was sold a $70.00 phone for $195.00, was told none of the the case cover never ever work with others, after getting home untrue. I work hard as a care worker and none of my clients could not get a hold of me, I went back to get fixed and and was told it had scams on it, said it was fixed and again no incoming calls. Went to another Metro place on NE 62nd Street and informed me how bad this was, they were wonderful, went back to 3 lakes Plaza and he told me to get out of his store. I will be hiring a lawyer and explained he is moving across the street on Commercial. Don't go to this place, I am also working with metro. How can people scam really hard workers. This was a place where I went and I was a server at a banquet it was in this plaza which I like the plaza because the person who gave the banquet didn't have any napkins the banquet people had the banquet napkins but we needed extra napkins and the person who gave it didn't have it and there was a Winn-Dixie right in the parking lot which gave us an opportunity to get stuff that we didn't have or forgotten was thank goodness it was only the napkins but we had an opportunity to go to different places if we had to oh I did forget I did go to the dollar store which was right down the hall to get gloves...
