Utterly disappointed by my recent experience at this establishment. It's quite evident that they've decided to prioritize squeezing every last penny from their customers rather than maintaining even a shred of quality service. Imagine my astonishment when not only did they jack up their prices, but they also managed to botch my order entirely. As if that weren't enough, they conveniently "forgot" to include my eggrolls, and got my entire order wrong..a blunder that I would expect from amateurs, not an establishment that claims to be competent.
But here's the real issue: when I dared to bring up these egregious mistakes, they had the audacity to engage in a mind-boggling argument with me. It was utterly unprofessional and disrespectful. It's almost as if they're actively striving to chase away the loyal customers they've accumulated over the past few months.
I can't help but feel utterly disheartened by this blatant display of greed. Loyalty means nothing to them; they're clearly more interested in their bottom line than in satisfying their customers. And let's not even get started on the food itself. It's a travesty that they have the nerve to charge such exorbitant prices for fare that's far from remarkable. In fact, "mediocre" would be a generous way to describe it.
All in all, my advice would be to steer clear of this establishment unless you're in the mood for disappointment and frustration. There are plenty of other places that actually value their customers and deliver on their promises. This place, unfortunately, is a prime example of what happens when greed takes precedence over customer...
Read moreI'm sorry I don't have a photo. I normally don't write reviews, I'm more of an in person compliment giver. 😁However, New China is more than deserving of this review. It's the consistency with delicious food and constant great service. My seafood boil did not make it to the camera roll. 😊 I wanted to write this review, because I'm sure there are others like myself. I am a extremely picky eater. I am also OCD. I don't eat out much. If I do it's New China. I must say, New China is the most sanitary restaurant I have ever ordered from. That's number 1 for me. The food is always fresh. The customer service is definitely top tier. Fast, friendly, clean food. There's always new things being added to the menu. The seafood was a new menu choice for me. I'm normally a Honey wing, Shrimp fried rice lady. I also love the House Special and broccoli Lo Mein. Anyone that knows me knows I love anything with broccoli in it. My seafood boil had broccoli and delicious buttery potatoes, corn, huge shrimp, huge crab cluster and I choose the butter garlic and Cajun seasoning. I was won over.😋 Yummy. Another good menu choice are the sugar donuts. If you are into a little something sweet for desert, but nothing to overbearing I say try those. I saw someone else who ordered them and they looked delicious. Golden Brown, perfect size, fried fresh donut, dipped in sugar. Reminded me of the deep fried donuts at the State Fair. Almost like a funnel cake/donut mix. It taste as good as it looked and smelled. You guys have to add it for dessert. Hope this helps someone....
Read moreMy boyfriend and I ordered from this place for almost ten years because we lived around the corner. The food was great and the price was good. A few years ago they were super busy one night and I waited a little longer than usual for my order. The owner was super sweet and she's one of the hardest working people I've ever met. She offered me a free can of soda and asked me what I drink so I told her Diet Coke. From that day on every time I picked up food she would grab a free can of Diet Coke from the fridge and put it in the bag.
We moved to Boca almost a year ago and have tried for months to find a decent Chinese restaurant but so far we haven't liked any. Recently we gave up and drove all the way back to our old neighborhood to order from this place. When I went in to pick up the order after being away for 8 months the owner greeted me by name and went to grab a Diet Coke. It's such a small gesture but the fact that she not only remembered me but remembered my drink made me feel so good. We will be driving back to this place every time we want Chinese food...
