First time. Such a great experience. I needed my very favorite platinum, 18k diamond ring repaired after I broke off a chunk of the gold that held in the diamond . I brought with me some of my old gold jewelry... Very helpful and nice. Checked everything, told me what was gold what wasn't.

In the end, after saying $65 for the repair (since I was actually missing some of the 18k gold that I had knocked out of the ring) They gave me $500 for my trade in gold and only charged me $45 for the repair, they also polished my ring.

It's never looked like it looks now. It wasn't this shiny when we bought it!

Very nice, helpful, professional service. This will be my jewelry store. Definitely 5 stars all the way.

I read the reviews on Leiva’s before I entrusted them the resize my engagement band. The ring was expensive and you hear of things that can go wrong with switches at jewelry stores. This is a family business and I couldn’t have been more satisfied with their attention to detail and customer service. I love family operated businesses and especially local businesses. I won’t them to prosper as I know their marketing g budgets aren’t huge like the big jewelry stores. This when I found this jeweler 2 miles from my home, I was so excited. I own Florida Power Yoga and have about 2500 monthly customers. When they need a jeweler I can send them here or to another local jeweler in Wesley Chapel who I know...

Quality and expertise at pawn store prices. They are super friendly and will work with you to find a piece that fits your budget and style. It's a mom and pop's shop to boot. Go here before you go anywhere else!

Edit: After my initial experience I went back to get my wife a new wedding ring. I ended up purchasing a ring from them that literally cost me 25% less than what that same ring would cost me online, even with a mother's day sale going on. They sized it the same day.
