I’m really not a review writer, but today, we drove almost an hour from our area into Tampa for my daughters 7th Birthday girls day, I had been so excited to take them here to make bracelets! The place, just as cute in person as it was on the gram, the staff was just very uninviting, we felt near invisible and almost as if we were an inconvenience to their day. For an experience, especially considering the brand and what it stands for, this was just not it. Perhaps, my expectations because the Candle Pour next door, similar concept different product had always been so fun and inviting, this just didn’t embody the same. I’m on vacation and finding out that little words project co. has a store front was beyond excitement for me.

I rushed to their store after dinner before they closed and I was greeted by Alyssa. Alyssa answered all of my questions with ease and patience. Most of all, Alyssa created a special bracelet for me and did it with care. This is my first bracelet and won’t be my last. Alyssa went above and beyond to make my first visit special and memorable. She was kind, patient and caring. She had such an awesome personality and made this visit quite memorable.

Can’t wait to visit this store again on my next visit.

The Little Words Project Hyde Park is an adorable little shop. The service was great and everyone was friendly, kind, and patient. The only issue I had was the lack of inventory. I went for a scheduled and reserved party of 5 little girls and 9 adults. If you know a large party is coming, they should have ordered the right amount supplies or should have communicated to us that they ran out of things. They ran out of gold letters and certain stones.
